Our unit was quite nice. Spacious clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the restaurant. Low quality meals and very expensive. I’m quite sure our pizza was from a box and not handmade and cooked in a stone oven. Amenities were ok though the indoor hot tub was being renovated.

The room was clean and tidy. I liked that they gave me a bed for my dogs and even a bowl for their food, they also offered me toys for my dogs. The hotel is only 8 minutes by car to Banff and has a bus service to take you to Banff if you need at certain times. It has a beautiful view of the mountains. The only bad thing is that the hot tub was under construction or something similar and that area didn't look good. Everything else is fine.
