"World class service Worth the upgrade to Gold. Cannot say enough about the welcome team and their relationship building. We weren’t there for long but easily felt like part of the family"

Otter Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I wasn’t sure I made the right choice when booking a hotel in Banff. I mean, there are so many! When we arrived, I realized this is the first hotel when you come into the town. Why that was so awesome? We were able to ride the ROAM bus around the town for free (Otter Hotel gives you free passes) and the pickup (first stop) is right across the street. We were always the first on and able to get a seat. We spent 4 nights here and I am usually homesick and missing my bed. Not this time! The bed and pillows were the best I have ever slept on (former AAA hockey travel mom here)! The rooms were SPOTLESS, like, I felt okay walking around without my socks on in the room. The dining was good for breakfast and the hot tub was soooo relaxing at night when the temps dropped. The staff was always welcoming us back after a long day of hiking or shopping. The garage is also covered/inside so your vehicle is covered the entire time. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Banff. "
