“Amazing stay in the Rockies mountain's away from the world! Room was lovely, staff were really helpful and the restaurant had great food with an amazing view. Would recommend”

“The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.”

“close to highway but still quiet in Building 2. Room was a bit in need of repair. No closet and the open clothes rack was falling off the wall. One of the two queen beds badly needs to have the mattress replaced Breakfast room is very small. Go early to get a table.”

“The hotel no longer has a spa and that was disappointing. Pool is super fun. The rooms are a little dated/used for the price but the overall experience was decent.”

“The resort is generally nice, however, when we checked in after a long day of tour, the sofa bed was not made when we specified when we booked we have 4 guests. When we asked for the bed to be made, the housekeeping staff that came in was rude and unhelpful. He came in to open the bed and pointed at the cabinet to tell us to get the bed sheets and make the bed ourselves. There weren't even enough pillows and blankets. He held his head with both of his hands when we requested the bed to be……

“Room was a bit dated. The light bulb was flickering once we got into the room, when I was using the microwave, a short circuit killed all the power in the room suddenly, I was very disappointed of such not well maintained room can be assigned to the guest.”
