「Amazing scene. But Hotel staff are not friendly. STAFF in the front desk and concierge are indifferent, erogate. We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!! Coffee machine and even kettle are not working. no change arranged even requested. With the exceptionally expensive room rate, not money worthwhile. 」

「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「晚餐非常棒」

「The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.」

「The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. 」

「At first, we felt like we were in a piece of immersive theatre; an off-grid disaster movie of sorts. There was no reception desk, just a series of tumbling down properties in a meadow, surrounded by woodland. We had to search for a member of staff - a young girl from Eastern Europe - who appeared non-plussed and only too happy that we should fend for ourselves. There was no hot water. The same girl told us, "The gas boiler is too dangerous to use." The only electricity was from a noisy generator...
