This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. Built against the mountain, the hotel appears to have four separate buildings, but they are conveniently connected by a corridor on the fourth floor. Located at the entrance of the town, it is right across from a gas station, a convenience store, and a fast-food restaurant that stays open until 10 PM. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is decent. Dinner portions are generous, though the variety is limited. Breakfast, however, requires a longer wait. The staff are friendly and approachable. Overall, this hotel provided a great accommodation experience.

This hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor pool is amazing and the onsite coffee shop is one of the best in Banff. It was also great to have onsite laundry and a gym at the sister hotel next door. Highly recommend for families!

Great staff and amenities. Sudden sally has amazing chicken wings and coffee. My family and I had a great stay. The only downside is the walls could use more soundproofing for such a new build.

We had a 3 br condo for 6 people.. bedrooms were adequate for a small condo. The master bathroom was VERY small but was nice, and fine if only 1 person trying to get ready.. the hot pools and sauna were awesome and we ate at the restaurant, once for breakfast and once for dinner., everyone was happy with their food. We also took food to go twice from the bakery section and the selections were adequate for grab and go.. overall, I would def book here again.

Bus stop across the street and bus passes were included. Ski shuttle very close and free to Lake Louise ! Hot tub area was beautiful but very busy . We were both very itchy after the hot tub so maybe the number of people can affect to water chemicals. Great Reno. Nice indoor parking. Great place overall !

The dog-friendly room had a noticeable odor, although it looked like they made an effort to spot-clean the floors where needed. The view wasn’t the best, which was a bit disappointing, but everything else made up for it. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. They also included a complimentary bus pass, which was a thoughtful touch, along with a sweet Christmas card and treat. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I also highly recommend checking out their sister hotel’s Otter’s Restaurant — it was a solid 10/10.

The room was large & comfortable. The mountain view from the balcony was gorgeous. The hot pools on the roof were amazing & the perfect way to relax after hiking & skiing. Suddenly Sally had great food & cocktails with excellent deals at happy hour.

I loved the room that I stayed at. The mountain view room was stunning. The cleanliness of the room was so great. The hot tub was amazing. I loved it so much. Planning to go back again, that's for sure.
