「Location is great, and the hotel room is clean. However, there is no air conditioning, just the heat, we felt hot at night, and couldn't sleep. We reported to the hotel staff, hotel staff was helpful, she brought us the fan, but the heat was not able to turn off.」

「Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. 」

「剛翻新嘅酒店，cozy，靚，舒服，房乾淨同大，開2個大喼都可以，有露台，一打開窗簾就見到Rocky Mountain，泳池同按摩池都好正。行5分鐘就到town center，附近都有餐廳cafe。唯一係廁所浴室好細，要側身入。不過整體都好好，推薦」
