Loved this hotel and the renovations they did. Very clean, the staff were helpful and breakfast was lovely. I'll stay here again! Underground parking was also included with the reservation - nice perk!

The entire BW ambience is excellent, the staff very accomodating on my needs, special mentioned Elsa the front desk clerk Breakfast is very good. Very recommended to my friends. the price is affordable.

We stayed for 4 nights the hotel was clean and comfortable within easy reach of downtown. The pick up point for the trips we did was from Caribou Lodge which is only a 5 minute walk from here so location is great. The breakfast area is a little dated and small however food and staff perfect. Would recommend.

The place is clean near to downtown about 10 mins walk away from the noise. It has a good spread of breakfast and best is that coffee tea choco is available 24/7 near reception. I would stay at this hotel again!!

This property was good for our trip. Offering clean rooms, a nice pool, and a great breakfast. It was about a 10 min walk into town. I feel the pricing was high for the accommodation but I believe it is the same everywhere in Banff
