Overall great stay with the family. The bus tickets were a bonus! Sadly our vehicle didn’t fit in the parkade but options were available. Pool was closed with a drive to available options I can’t wait to see new pool.

Staff upon check in was friendly and informative. Toilet in room did not work, called service, he came to fix but couldn’t, so said he’d come back. We left for the day, came back late at night and was still not fixed. Front desk staff checked maintenance notes and it said he fixed it, but it was actually worse. We had to switch rooms which was great they solved the problem but it was late and with kids needing to sleep. We were moving to another room. Not awesome, but the room we were moved to was larger. Very dated rooms, and not sparkling clean, but for an older hotel it was ok.
