Excellent place for a family to stay. Clean, well maintained and welcoming. Parking is free. There is hot pool and sauna on the property. The view is gorgeous 😎 The restaurant good folks has awesome breakfast. The facility provides complementary buss passes for the city busses. Therefore don’t need a car to go to downtown area for food or hangout. Buss are frequent and are convenient. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent service! Very friendly staff . Although we spent good amount of money for 2 mountain vote suites, we felt it was worth every penny! Great location right at the edge of the Banff town. Great parking facility that was so helpful since we had a rental SUV and preferred to plan our own activities and tours. Overall a great hotel loved by our whole family. We are pretty sure we will come back and stay here. Thanks for making our vacation a memorable one!
