Banff Banff Cascades of Time Gardens Hotels

"Great location in downtown Banff. Walkable to restaurants, and shopping. Ski locker at the inn was useful. The ski shuttle to sunshine and lake Louise has a stop right at the Ptarmigan. Heads up that many of the rooms look out into the hallway and atrium so can’t really open the blinds. It can feel a bit cooped up so get the “mountain view” rooms if you can. "

"Our 4th time there in the past two months and we haven’t been disappointed yet. Property is clean, well maintained, and well laid out. We have had the same lady check us in the past 3 times and has always been a good start to our stay. I forget her name, but shoutout to her. Half price pasta Monday cannot be beat. Pool facilities are top notch. Little bit of a walk into town, but we prefer this as the property is more laid back and less chaotic than being right downtown. We are platinum members at Fairmont, and our experience here rivals that of those much more expensive properties. "

"The room was spotless. The decor of the Lodge was beautiful with all the Christmas decorations. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back."
