「All staff obviously wanted to help. Staff kind, actively listen. Breakfasts were delicious, a great way to start each day. Good value. Weather was dreadful, so zi will return again to enjoy the walkways and beach. Probably July … really looking forward to it.」

「Pillows were terrible. The thermostat and the ac fight each other - they aren't connected. The furnace heats the rim up then the ac kicks in and cools it down. Then the furnace heats it up. It was an uncomfortable sleep due to the temperature and pillows. I've never seen such a small hotel room in Canada, and thought it was over priced for such a tiny room. The staff were good. The breakfast was ok - eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt.」

「the hotel is very rundown, we stayed with our 4 year old grandson in a walk out suite to the pool What a disappointment, the floors were dirty, the couch was dirty , it hasn't been updated in YEARS. nothing good about this hotel The Tv did not work, no channels would come on Do NOT stay here. AWFUL.」

「I was dissapointed that expedia did not let me say that I was brining my pet so I had to switch to a more expensive room and I had a pet fee added on when we arrived. The front desk person did give us 10% off but I paid an extra $60 on the room which I wasn't expecting.」

「Toilet was broken in the room therefore we were moved to another room after we had unpacked everything so very inconvenient. Soap dispenser in the ladies main bathroom by the pool didn't work so no soap and they didn't fix it. The gym didn't have a remote for the TV and there wasn't any wipes to clean gym equipment before or after use. TV wasn't used in the room as the remote didn't seem to work to open a channel and unable to figure out how it worked. The continental breakfast was good and...

「Excellent hotel, only 2 suggestions for improvements: Pool and fitness room could close stlighly later on week ends at least. 10 pm is too early. Additionally, please offer more choices for the coffee in the room and in the breakfast.」

「The hot water was not hot, which affected the soaking in Jacuzzi. I had to have the key card fixed a number of times. It was the 3rd night that the front desk told me about the card couldn't be close to my cell phone.」

「The family suite was great, think there should be a door on the 2nd bedroom. Also the kitchen had nothing in it, I mean NOTHING.」
