We were in room 234. Im not a picky person but I believe in having some comfort. Overall the toom wasnt too bad...however I always do check the sheets. There were hairs in them which really disappointed me. Most of all it was very loud. It was Valentines Day in the restaurant which we were looking down on. Music was very loud and it was extremely noisy. Even next night was very loud with the train going by and banging coming feom somewhere. So bad I had a headache for hours. So sad. Ill go back cause they were kind and the cleaner was a beautiful person. Ill ask for something away from all that and try it.

Check in was amazing super friendly staff, the bathtub didnt drain they sent someone to fix it right away but then it didnt want to hold water after. The windows had black mold in them as well as the curtains and they over charged for breakfast that was soggy they say 12.99 plus tax but we were charged more. Upon check out they didnt seem overly concerned other than they'd inform house keeping and see what they could do for us in the future since there was nothing to be done since we pre paid. Will not be going back!

Horrible stay. They play lobby music all night. My kids couldn't sleep either the front desk told me I could call they would turn off. We rented the family suite shower was disgusting water backed up 2 inches sink the same pretty gross bacteria wise when you spit in last persons stuff. I told manager they said they would give me a discount next time because I booked through Expedia. Don't stay here yuck and they have room service code we all picked out food they said they don't have room service. Not a good stay probably good I never ate there if standards are the same as the hotel rooms.

Staff pleasant, easy check in. Was disappointed with dining. Signs up in hotel that the serve food specials till 1030. When we arrived back at hotel at 1000, was already closed and could not order food. Walls cracking in room, numerous chips to paint on walls.

We called down at 1030 pm about the loud dog barking. I had requested in my reservation to be away from pets. She said she would call the owner, turns out he was away . Poor dog was probably locked up and hungry, so very loud. It took work and the threat of leaving to be moved to another room far from 206. She comped us breakfast. Not good and would never pay for it. The new room seemed better, there is a lack of respect of your hotel with an elevator still not working, it has been a long time. Holes in the walls and air conditioning that bang loudly through the night. The front reception lady did her best and the food service lady was kind . We will not be back.
