“It was a comfortable and quiet spot. I had trouble checking in. I didn’t initially get the check in instructions so there was a waste of a couple of hours. Then there were two lamps that had to be unplugged because the on off switch was broken. Lastly, try to brighten the lighting in the vestibule. ”

“Family and pet friendly, the only problems were a low ceiling and the upstairs was a bit noisy. ”

“Super cozy place to stay weather you are in town for work or on a little vacation. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee and all. And on top of everything even had AC for the hot summer days. ”

“Our host was very helpful with check in and with other details. The unit was spotless and within easy walking distance from restaurants, shopping and the Mill Creek hiking trails.”

“We liked the location and apartment itself. But we did not have heat for two days. The contact kept saying they were raising heat but it didn’t work. Remote heat not a good idea.The couch needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs are filthy.There is a step up to place from front and back which should have at least reflective paint or tape for nighttime. Almost tripped! Upstairs tenants can be noisy.”

“This unit was clean and the property managers created an easy check in/check out process (without an excessive list of check out responsibilities). This is a basement unit with larger windows. The ad shows a lot of cozy throw blankets and we loved this vibe however there were no throw blankets on site - not a "make it or break" it detail but we were a bit disappointed. If you are looking for a good, basic suite, you will be satisfied with this one.”

“If I could give ZERO stars I would. We didn’t even get to stay here. They scammed us!!!! 700 bucks. I got every confirmation email you can think of, payment requests, address day of, everything checked out until we showed up to check in and they said they double booked us both of nights! Said there were guests in there but everything was locked up and empty! Then they gave us a number to call and the first thing they asked is credit card number so we couldn’t even get through to them! We were……

“When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here!”
