We were on the Cape for a family wedding. Location was perfect for all the events. House was very spacious and had a nice contemporary feel with a few Cape Cod touches. We didn’t have much time to really enjoy the house given the weekend schedule. The team that manages the house was very responsive and attentive, and provided us everything we needed to know well in advance. They made the whole process very easy.Highly recommend staying at this house

Beautiful Cape Cod Home

This home is absolutely beautiful! The back deck and yard are private and just a short walk to the water. The home is nicely updated with everything you need and centrally located to easily explore all of the Cape. The property management team are extremely communicative, making the stay seamless.Highly recommend staying.

Beautiful home

This place was fantastic! My husband and I stayed here whole visiting on our anniversary but this home is huge would work well for a family or two. Our favourite was sipping wine by the huge fireplace. The house was clean and everything you need was provided. Also located in a great location, only 10 minutes from the nearest town which offers restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful Cape modernized

Great home. Fantastic redo of Cape Classic. Plenty of room for 6 people. We enjoyed the fireplace, since it was fall time. Walk to water to see view. Would recommend highly!

Fabulous rental home

This rental is beautiful, spacious, clean and provides everything you need. Great location! Our group of 3 adult couples enjoyed that each bedroom has its own full bathroom!

Perfect house and a great location!

My family had a great stay at this lovely home. It’s on a quiet, wooded street and very close to Little Pleasant Bay. The layout of the house was great with a clean and modern design. The kitchen is well-equipped and is nice and open - a pleasure to cook in! The deck was great for outdoor dining and spending quality family time. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful with tons of space and storage. The outdoor shower didn’t have walls so we used it for rinsing off after the beach rather than showering - that would be the only thing I would change since the surroundings are so beautiful and showering outside is so peaceful. The location was convenient to everything and a short drive to the best beaches on the Cape. We would definitely stay at this property again.

October Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this delightful property. The house is lovelier than the pictures can express: clean; bright; new, high-end kitchen appliances (the quietest dishwasher ever); and nicely decorated. It is quite spacious and four of us never felt cramped, especially with the second floor a kind of private retreat with a bedroom and bathroom. The hosts were immediately responsive to any question we might have and the location is excellent: conveniently located to the many quaint towns on the Cape. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this property to anyone searching for a VRBO on Cape Cod.

This home is perfect for you and your family!

We enjoyed this home immensely!! It was the perfect vacation home for our family. The home seems as though it is brand new, renovated yesterday! The photos on the listing make the home look incredible, and believe it or not, it is even nicer in person! It is very open, very spacious.. The upstairs is like it’s own suite.. My 17 year old son loved to have his own space up there. The master suite downstairs, main floor, was perfect for my wife and I.. very spacious, comfortable, perfect My 15 year old daughter had her own suite.. two twin beds, her own bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed, all new appliances, spacious. wide open to the dining room and deck Common area, living room also perfect, lots of room, love the high, cathedral ceilings.. fireplace.. The area is beautiful.. and very quiet. There is virtually no traffic on the road. Near all amenities. Orleans is packed with nice shops, restaurants, a Shaws grocery store, and lots of different types of beaches, from wild Atlantic shore of Nauset Beach, to calm waters of bayside Skaket beach, perfect for kids, access to the Outer Cape and P Town is easy drive This house is perfect for you and your family. It is perfect for any travelers. Two couple would find this house. I recommend this property 1000%! Do not hesitate at all, stay here! The booking agency is highly professional as well, the best!

Love

This is our second stay in this fabulous house!! We enjoyed it with our adult sons and their fiancé and girlfriend. Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy, but also gather for meal prep, eating and watching movies. We love the quiet street and proximity to the water. It is clean, new, well appointed and well maintained. Del Mar is great to work with and VERY responsive. We’ll be staying here again!!

Quiet Cape

We stayed here in mid May, before the summer rush. The house is amazing, clean and well appointed. Good size for 3 couples. You can walk kayaks to the boat ramp. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking. Only minutes from Orleans center. If water views are not critical, this property is perfect.

Anniversary Getaway

A fantastic trip made even more memorable by the absolutely perfect accommodations. This house is just gorgeous, and perfect in every way! We came to the Cape to connect with old friends, enjoy the New England fall foliage, and visit cranberry bogs during harvest time. The house was so comfortable and well-appointed, the time flew by and no one wanted to leave! Even though the house offers a number of spaces where people can spread out for solitude, we all consistently gravitated to the great room to relax on the comfortable couch and chairs and enjoy the fire place. The kitchen is just a real pleasure to work and hang out in during meal prep. Clean up was super-easy with well-thought out cabinet designs and an efficient storage layout. The bedrooms are great, with wonderful custom showers in each en suite bath. The decor is spot-on, capturing well the Cape and all things maritime, without being over the top. We loved the property and look forward to returning in the future.

Fabulous modern and well situated property

Our family had a wonderful week vacationing in Cape Cod with this beautiful property as home base. We explored the beaches in Orleans, along the Cape Cod National Seashore, in Dennis, and in Chatham, enjoying various activities and restaurants in several towns nearby. There was nothing not to love at this property, but the following are some things we loved the most: - the property is fully renovated with high end appliances, finishes, and amenities throughout. The well-stocked kitchen was a delight, and the modern bathrooms were a joy and comfort after long days spent outdoors - the whole house was immaculate and professionally cleaned—it felt like a hotel and home at once. We could tell even the couches were cleaned, which we appreciated greatly due to our young kids with allergies - the outdoor shower was extremely helpful - the deck was great for outdoor dining and we also loved the front Adirondack chairs for reading - the short walk to see Paw Wah Pond and little Pleasant Bay from the boat launch at the end of the road was such a pleasant and relaxing way to start or end the day - it was fairly easy to run to the grocery store to get everything we needed We hope to stay at this or a similar property again during our annual summers in Cape Cod

Everything was top rate and a wonderfully relaxing vacation.

The home has a nice layout, is beautiful in every way and is well equipped. The property is private, quiet, and the landscaping lush and natural looking. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and shower which was a huge perk for all of us. The views from the boat landing, which is only a short walk away, were stunning. Chstham center and Orleans center have so much to offer and are nearby. We tried many of Orleans restaurants and found them all to be delicious. The staff was responsive and check in and out were very easy. We liked the coded locks. So simple and convenient.

Beautiful

We loved our stay !! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is fabulous, quiet and a short walk to the inlet. Easy ride to Orleans or Chatham. Looking forward to staying again!!! One suggestion- a few more dish towels, other than that, perfect!!!

Quiet and so comfortable

We had a wonderful first trip to the Cape at this house- the house is huge and gorgeous, lots of room for everyone, a lovely gas fireplace for those chilly nights and a beautiful kitchen for cooking! The things I'd love to see in the house would be soap in the showers and a few basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and oil. Overall we loved it and the area and would def come back!
