Amazing Stay

I had an amazing stay at Eurotel. The hotel is clean with very nice facilities (pool, sauna). Location is ideal, close from the ski slopes, city center and train station. Food was great and staff super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it.

I arrived at the hotel after cycling from Geneva in heavy rain late in the evening. The gentleman at the reception immediately had a real desire to assist with storing my bike and to organise a quick check-in. I needed to refuel after my long cycle and the kitchen was closed however the staff member told me that he would prepare some cold meats, cheeses and fruit etc and deliver it to my room. After a good hot shower, the gentleman arrived at my door with a massive tray of food fit for a king! I was amazed. This is a service I hadn't received before so I have to say a massive thank you to the this guy, what a legend! My remaining time at the hotel was great. The following day the reception staff assisted with all my needs with booking a train to my next destination. Keep up the great work Eurotel Victoria. I really enjoyed my experience. Much appreciation.
