Room was completely neglected and the services of a cleaner prior to arrival was questionable at best. Upon arrival bed appeared to have been sloppily made like you'd expect of a guest and not a cleaning service. In bedroom nightstands werw several bags of opened and stale candy to which owner seemed unconcerned when advised. We spent 2 night on top of bedding with own blankets due to assumption that bedding had not been clean. Absolutely no cleaning of floors or carpets as they were full of debris upon arrival. Cupboards and drawers all full of mouse feces that could have been cleaned had vacuum taken place. Dust and cobwebs in all venting areas. Jacuzzi tub not used due to filth and mould as well as a slime coming out of jets when use was attempted. Chair in living room had what appeared to be semen stains. Absolutely 0 water pressure or hot water in kitchen area. Upon arrival key card for amenities were to have veen left by cleaner however were missing. When owner advised we were rold cleaner was not complete and had to return. Key cards dropped off at 7pm with no apologies and no attempt to finish cleaning.
