Comfy room with sea view in Villa private pool fitness room in adorable Oroklini

Welcome to my charming and peaceful villa in traditional Cypriot style – perfectly located in a private residential complex in Oroklini. Just 800 meters away lies the beautiful salt lake, home to hundreds of flamingos and many other bird species every year. The Oroklini promenade and the nearest beach are about 1000 meters across open land, and the motorway entrance is just 500 meters away – ideal for day trips around the island.

Bus stops for lines 445 (approx. 700 m), 424, 425, and the night line 445 (approx. 1000 m) are within walking distance. The village supermarket is also only 1500 meters away.

On the 400 m² property, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay:
A large 6-burner gas BBQ is perfect for cozy evenings, with plenty of seating at two outdoor dining tables (one for 6, one for 4). The shaded carport with a comfy leather sofa invites you to unwind, while around the pool you’ll find three sun loungers, several umbrellas, and bean bags for pure relaxation. The spacious terrace offers additional lounge seating.

Inside, the ground floor features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and various kitchen appliances that leave nothing to be desired. Right next to it is the dining area with a table for eight and a cozy living room with a 65-inch LED smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and a desk. A special highlight is the private gym, equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, leg press, incline bench, lat pulldown, Smith machine, front & hack squat station, plenty of weights, and a 42-inch smart TV.

On the first floor, you'll find your private guest room, another guest room, and a shared bathroom with a rain shower. My own bedroom with a separate bathroom is also on this level. Fresh towels for the shower, pool, and beach are provided.

Your room (14 m²) includes a comfortable 160x200 cm bed with five pillows and an oversized duvet (2.20 x 2.40 m), a bedside table, a 42-inch smart TV, and two spacious built-in wardrobes. A highlight of your room is the direct access to the balcony with sea view – perfect for enjoying the scenery right from your bed in the morning.

On the second floor is my housemate’s bedroom, accessible via the shared guest balcony.
