Our stay here was wonderful! We arrived late but were welcomed warmly by the staff, which set the tone for the rest of our trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of activities and has a reliable shuttle service to both the city centre and Liv Mackenzie, which was really convenient. The rooftop pool is lovely and a great place to relax. While the location is a bit remote, we still managed fine without a rental car. However, renting one could be helpful for getting around more easily. There’s a nice bakery about a 15-minute walk away, and we also used Wolt for food delivery and dined out during our stay. We did encounter a small issue with broken glass in our room, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Ina is amazing—so helpful and full of knowledge. Alexis is warm and attentive. Both ladies really stood out and made our stay even better. The shuttle driver (we forgot to ask his name!) was always punctual and very pleasant. My family had a great time here and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Cocktails and pizza on a friday night. Well the bar was closed, we had to buy drinks from reception which was not a great selection very minimal after complaining. Then we paid for pizza and it never came. The lady was just going round taking card payments and not delivering. Terrible service only positive was the Housekeeping they went above and beyond if anything we felt comfortable asking them for assistance and didnt bother reception because they didnt care, there answer was always no and they were on their phones the whole time. One particular member of staff was constantly rude cannot say what her name was as none of the staff members wore name tags. The apartment was nice, clean, modern and had everything you needed. We didnt have breakfast so cannot comment

This hotel is really in a remote area, but it’s new and very clean. There is a little market that you can buy some fruits, pasta, and more in the lobby. The staff was great as well!

We stayed for 6 nights and found the experience disappointing overall, especially considering the price. The apartment looks better in photos than in real life. The furniture is basic and not very comfortable. The building is recent, but its outside finishes feel like from the 1980s. The shower leaked due to poor construction, and hot water took a long time to arrive — with no pressure at all in the kitchen sink. The kitchen was poorly equipped: no paper towels, olive oil, scissors, oven mitts, or proper knives. The dish soap was completely ineffective. Cooking and cleaning were frustrating. Service had some issues. The receptionist tapped our card for €800, which blocked it. There was confusion at check-in, and the crib wasn’t ready. We requested a high chair, which never arrived, and we received no follow-up during our entire stay. The private street was noisy, with manhole covers banging, delivery trucks beeping, and voices echoing into the apartment and corridor — likely due to the absence of door thresholds. From our balcony — even though it faced away from the highway — we could still hear highway noise, probably due to sound bouncing off nearby buildings. The same noise was noticeable from the rooftop. On a positive note, the rooftop was nicely designed and welcoming. Also, the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Some of these issues could be easily improved, and we hope the property takes steps to enhance the guest experience.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Liv & Co. Die Unterkunft ist äusserst sauber und die Zimmer sind grosszügig und modern eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, man merkt, dass sich das Team Mühe gibt. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich, allerdings mit 18 Euro etwas teuer. Die Lage ist neben einer Autobahn etwas laut, jedoch gut, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist – viele schöne Orte sind so gut erreichbar.
