A small romantic and bright apartment for unforgettable holidays at the sea. Furnished with a lot of passion, so that guests feel pampered and at ease. Many details make the environment ideal for living the stay in a relaxing atmosphere: the furnishings in blue and white tones recall the freshness of the sea, a small veranda invites to relaxing evenings or pleasant afternoon readings. All on the first floor of a recently built building.

Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist neuwertig und qualitativ hochwertig. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit der Wohnung! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und werden sie bei unserer nächsten Reise in die Region definitiv wieder buchen. Der Empfang von den Vermietern ist sehr herzlich, Check-In und Check-Out waren trotz Sprachbarriere unkompliziert. Der Ortskern ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen, die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. In wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht man viele, wunderschöne Strände.

Schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung fußläufig zu Orosei-Zentrum

Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung im 1,Stock ist Teil eines modernen, insgesamt 2-stöckigen Gebäudes. Im EG ein großzügiger überdachter Stellplatz. Ausstattung gut, Waschmaschine inklusive. Terrasse vom Schlafzimmer aus begehbar. Die Umgebung ist noch im Bau, die Straße nicht asphaltiert. Die Inneneinrichtung sauber und neuwertig.

Wundervoll!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft mit Getränken und Lebensmitteln gefüllt. Sehr nett! Die Lage ist gut, fußläufig erreicht man die Stadt von Orosei mit den zahlreichen Restaurants. Das WLAN war leider nicht stabil, die mobilen Daten sind wesentlich schneller. Vielen Dank, Pietro!

Cortesia e relax

I proprietari ci hanno accolto con un enorme cabaret di dolcetti sardi e una bottiglia del loro vino. L'appartamento è molto curato nell'arredamento, in ottima posizione in una via tranquilla, piccolo supermercato e pescheria vicinissimi. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva nel centro medievale. Stupenda la lunga spiaggia di Osala a 5 km. con pineta e fiume Su Petrosu. Arrivate fino alla fine della strada dove c'è anche un bar/ ristorante. Il signor Pietro ci ha dato ampie informazioni su cosa vedere nei dintorni e ci ha indicato un buon ristorante e alcuni agriturismi dove pranzare bene. Grazie di tutto Cristina e Knut

OROSEI 2019

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato nelle settimane centrali di agosto, ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è perfetta per 2 persone, accessoriata, carina e pulita, i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili (ci hanno addirittura fatto trovare una mini-spesa con l' essenziale e portato l' aloe dopo la prima scottatura), a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico dove potete trovare negozi e bancarelle quasi tutte le sere. Orosei è anche in ottima posizione, tramite la ss125 potete visitare facilmente tante fantastiche spiagge. Se decidete di soggiornare ad Orosei "La Pavoncella" è il posto giusto! E mi raccomando : non perdete la gita in gommone che parte da Marina di Orosei....a 3 minuti da casa. Grazie Pietro! A presto... Loris e Valentina

You definitely need to stay here!

What a little gem! Check-in process was super easy. This place had to be the cleanest we have ever stayed in in all our years of travel. The owner was very proud of her home and alot of attention was spent on small details which made us feel like we were at home! The owner was so proud to leave us a bottle of his homemade and very delicious wine. Supermarkets, fish store, restaurants and nightlife are just a short walk away . We will definitely stay here again!!

ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa casa,il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e molto ospitale, la casa è perfetta per una coppia, molto carina, pulita e con tutti i comfort; si trova a 5 minuti dal mare, vicina al centro di Orosei e con tutti i servizi a pochi passi da casa.

Stupendo soggiorno !!!

Appartamento nuovo, finemente arredato con gusto e ricercatezza, colpisce la dedizione da parte dei proprietari nelle finiture dei locali, riservato in genere a una casa privata più che da affitto vacanze. La casa è pulita e garantisce il corretto riposo in quanto silenziosa per la sua posizione, che comunque dista appena 5 minuti a piedi dalla strada principale e al centro del paese. Godibile il balcone della camera da letto sfruttabile anche pranzi o cene. Graditissimo il posto auto coperto in una specie tunnel presente nell'edificio. Lina e Pietro sono stati premurosi e generosi proprietari, attenti alle nostre richieste.

Appartamento veramente grazioso, nuovo, ottimamente arredato e completo di tutti gli accessori e relativi elettrodomestici. Da sottolineare la cortesia e la disponibilita' del proprietario (Sig. Pietro) che rende il tutto decisamente di alto livello per una gradevole vacanza. Sicuramente da consigliare.
