“Very clean. Staff was very nice”

“My son has gotten several bites on his body from an insect that caused red swollen spots on his skin, most likely the insect was in the hotel room specifically in his bed.”

“Staff were excellent at both check-in and check-out. Breakfast choices were modest, coffee was pretty good. Our room was convenient and spacious. Needs carpet cleaned to remove stains and bathroom needs to be re-caulked.”

“So I chose this hotel only because it was last minute and pricing was durable. On arrival I noticed the outside of the building looked crazy but I tried to look past that (they are building on to the property) staffing was beyond helpful. The room reeked of smoke smell , carpet was not vacuumed, outside of the toilet had not been properly wiped. My bathroom didn’t come with a blow dryer waited an hour for one. Sketchy characters for customers, those rooms need to be deep cleaned . Lastly, I got……

“Clean room. Good temp control, nice breakfast. Great dining nearby. Will return.”

“Everything went very well. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and prices were best in city”

“Hotel was okay. Lobby is nice. Room was spacious, but floors felt dirty and there wasn’t hot water, only warm water. Waiting at least 5 minutes for the water in the sink to warm up enough for me to wash my face and the water in the shower never got hot, just warm. Breakfast on weekend doesn’t start until 7:00.”

“Very clean bathrooms and casino floor is nice. Didn’t eat here except the late night pizza from the far end of the casino floor at the bar. I think they stayed open until 2am or something”

“Housekeepers did a very cursory job. We were there for 5 days and I don’t believe the carpet was ever swept. There was a disgusting stain on our window shade, which they tried to clean unsuccessfully. They said it would be replaced if it couldn’t be cleaned, but never was. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, just adequate for travelers.”

“The room was very clean and refurbished though small maintenance items would make it complete. The mini water park would be a great plus if you had small children. The personnel were very helpful and breakfast very good.”

“The shower didn't work correctly n slowly drained”

“Property is under massive renovation. Construction materials are scattered in and out of the buildings. Parking lot was full of nails and barely usable. Several of the security doors had no locks. Hallways had no air conditioning. Our suite had no sitting area. The shower had no hot water. Kitchen had cookware but no eating utensils. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, powdered eggs and undercooked sausage and bacon. Inedible at best. Unfortunately we had booked three nights and never felt safe……

“Pool closed. Doors unlocked and left open. Felt unsafe and even left early on last night to go to another hotel due to feeling unsafe”
