The Space:
The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room, dining room, and kitchen share a bright loft space, with a wood-burning stove for those cold days when you want a cozy feeling. The porch overlooks Esteiro Beach and has a table for enjoying al fresco meals.

From the porch, a small path leads directly to the house's private beach, and on the other side of the house is Esteiro Beach. There's no better location! Guest access to the entire property is completely private.

The house is a one-minute walk from beautiful Esteiro Beach, a beach known for surfing, but it's also perfect for families as the river ends there, making it ideal for children to swim in the calm, shallow waters.

It's just a 15-minute walk from Picón Beach and a half-hour walk from Praia de Fabega, another spectacular beach. You can also reach all of these places by bike, motorcycle, or car. There is a small supermarket 1 km away that has absolutely everything, several bars/cafes, and a very good restaurant offering local cuisine. A private car is recommended. The back shed has dry wood for the wood stove, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue.

Dear guests, the Santa Rosa festivities will be held on the beach from 2025 August 8th to Sunday the 10th.

Other Things to Note:
Charging electric cars are not allowed/ No se permite cargar coches eléctricos.
This property requires a € 200.00 security deposit (your bank or credit card may charge a small fee for using the hold.). It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in. The Security Deposit will be released after the Check-out (48h. after the Check-out day)
