Beautiful attic apartment - Free WIFI

Our comfortable new build alpine style attic-apartments are furnished in wood.
The apartment for 2 persons (ca. 48 sqm.) is made of: one bedroom, kitchen-livingroom with dishwasher, bath, shower, WC, color SAT-TV, free WIFI and a sunny, southward directed balcony with a wonderful and unique view on Ortisei and the Dolomites.

You get to the apartment directly from the garage by elevator or by walking through the garden. But what you'll like most of the villa is the extremely quiet location. Away from traffic, but close to the town-center, it lies in a unforgettable site above Ortisei. The skibus stop, from which you’ll reach easily the main lifts is about 50 meters from our house.
It's our desire to offer you relaxing holidays in a familiar atmosphere.

The rent includes all utilities such as initial supply of bed linen, towels and bath towels, water, electricity, heating and underground parking and the final cleaning of the flat. The tourist tax of 1,40 Euro per person and night is not included in the total price of your stay.

On arrival day the apartment is available after 3 pm. On the departure day until 10 am. In case of early departure or late arrival the entire price of the apartment will be charged.

Please understand that we take for health reasons, no pets.

Tolle Wohnung, super Ausblick
Bei der Ankunft fanden wir eine schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung vor. Ideal für 2 Personen. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist kaum zu toppen. Leider mussten wir aufgrund eines Unfalles unseren Urlaub schon nach kurzer Zeit abbrechen. Am Abend vor unserer Abreise haben wir noch einen selbstgemachten Apfelstrudel bekommen. Das war total lieb und der war auch sehr lecker. Leider konnten wir uns bei der Abbreise nicht mehr persönlich verabschieben. So möchten wir auf diese Weise uns nochmal bedanken und wir gehen davon aus, dass wir bestimmt nochmal hier buchen werden. Schöner Urlaub
Wir haben eine schöne Wohnung und nette Vermieter angetroffen. Es war sehr angenehm, die Wohnung direkt von der Tiefgarage mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Nächste Bushaltestelle in ca. 200 m Entfernung. Für uns optimal.

Tolle Wanderwoche in spektakulärer Landschaft
Bei bestem Spätsommerwetter waren wir jeden Tag in der Bergwelt unterwegs. Schöne saubere Dachwohnung mit Ausblick auf St. Ulrich. Nach vielen Höhenmetern war der Aufzug aus der Tiefgarage bis zu unserem Apartment sehr bequem.

Die Lage des Objektes oberhalb des Ortes mit Blick auf den Sellastock und den Langkofel ist es immer wieder wert. Von der Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl bis zur Wohnung! Mehr geht nicht. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht
Es war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach herrlich. Die Gastgeber sind nett, die Wohnung sauber, mit Aufzug und Tiefgarage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Straße zur Wohnung ist ziemlich steil, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Die Gegend ist wunderbar zum Wandern, Klettern, etc.

Ohne Kochen einfach toll!
Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung für Leute, die nicht selbst kochen wollen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hell und hat eine wirklich tolle Aussicht. Sie liegt so ca. 350 m vom Ortszentrum, ist also zentrumsnah. Es geht steil bergauf für Ungeübte, aber jeder Meter ist das Schwitzen wert. Es ist wie in der Oper, wenn Du „Loge“ gebucht hast. Es ist eine ganz tolle Lage! Wir haben uns über die Elektrik geärgert. Deshalb nur 3 Punkte. Es ist ein 4-Plattenherd auf den Fotos zu sehen, der auch vorhanden ist. Wir konnten maximal 2 Platten (ohne Dunstabzugshaube) nutzen. Weil sonst die Sicherung rausflog. Du musst dann immer runter und die Sicherung einschalten und oben was ausschalten. Und wenn irgendeiner im Haus zum Normalbetrieb im Haus sich die Haare (zusätzlich) fönt, fliegt nicht bei ihm die Sicherung raus, sondern in dieser Wohnung. Das Problem ist Frau Riffesser auch bekannt. Sie glaubt ihrem Sohn, der die Vermietung tatsächlich verwaltet. Sie glaubt ihm dass dies nur ganz selten der Fall sei und die Nachbarn schuld seien. Ich vertief das jetzt nicht. Ich hab auch ein Haus. Wir wurden vom Sohn bei der Begrüßung darauf hingewiesen, dass die Sicherung „ganz selten“ mal knallt. Ich kommentier das jetzt nicht. Ich hab 35 Jahre Ferienwohnungerfahrung. Ich hab noch nie was bei Ankunft von der Sicherung gehört. Es war bei uns jeden Tag und mehrmals. Wir konnten nicht mal Frühstückseier auf einer Platte kochen, weil (zusätzlich) der Geschirrspüler lief. Wir haben natürlich gelernt. Und nur auf 2 Platten mit Handylicht gekocht. Aber es ist natürlich nicht ehrlich, einen 4-Plattenherd abzubilden und zu wissen dass Mieter ihn nicht nutzen können, weil die Sicherung rausfliegt. Es ist wirklich eine wirklich tolle Wohnung mit einem wirklichen elektrischen Problem, was überhaupt nicht selten auftritt. Ich war und bin für offenes Visier: Jochen Alfes ist mein Klarname.

Casa con panorama stupendo
Con una coppia di amici abbiamo preso le due mansarde. Praticamente avevamo l’ultimo piano con ascensore a ns disposizione. Perfetto x famiglie che hanno necessità di avere due appartamenti sullo stesso piano. Appartamenti molto carini e soprattutto puliti. Proprietari gentilissimi
