Our comfortable alpine style attic-apartments are furnished in wood.
The apartment for 2 persons (ca. 48 sqm.) is made of: one bedroom, living room with bed couch for 2 persons, kitchen corner with dishwasher, bath, shower, WC, color SAT-TV, Free WIFI and a sunny, southward directed balcony with a wonderful and unique view on Ortisei and the Dolomites.
You get to the apartment directly from the garage by elevator or by walking through the garden.

But what you'll like most of the villa is the extremely quiet location. Away from traffic, but close to the town center, it lies in a unforgettable site above Ortisei. The bus stop, from which you’ll reach easily the main lifts (Seceda and Alpe di Siusi) is about 100 meters from our house.

It's our desire to offer you relaxing holidays in a familiar atmosphere.

The rent includes all utilities such as initial supply of bed linen, towels and bath towels, water, electricity, heating and underground parking and the final cleaning of the flat.

In case of early departure or late arrival the entire price of the apartment will be charged.
