With 9 bedrooms plus a loft, 6.5 bathrooms, and 8,500 square feet, it is the perfect setting for family vacations, church retreats, ladies groups, weddings, and corporate retreats. The house sleeps as many as 48 in beds.

The main level is where the whole group gathers: a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 48 at meals, and a living room filled with comfortable leather furniture, all with spectacular lake views. There are two large screen TVs and gaming boards for your entertainment, a lake view deck and a screened porch, plus 1 master bedroom and 3 guest bedrooms.

The upper level has a loft-style bedroom and two master bedrooms with lake views, separate ensuite bathrooms, and a shared balcony. Over the three-car attached garage you will find a huge lake view bunk room with an ensuite full bathroom, a crafts area, a large screen TV, and a video gaming station for the kids.

On the lower level there are two more bedrooms and a large adult play area: a wet bar with a large screen TV, a living room with a large screen TV, a pool table, a 14-foot shuffleboard table, an air hockey table, and darts, plus a large covered deck overlooking the lake.

Down at the shoreline you will find a private swimming pool (no lifeguard) and a lake view hot tub, a large patio with lounge chairs, 2 kayaks, paddle boards (no life jackets provided), and a water trampoline. The two-well dock has two PWC lifts, which can also accommodate two personal watercraft. The estate is two miles from a diverse variety of shopping by car and a half mile to the state park by boat.

All bathrooms will be remodeled for the 2027 season.

Cancellation varies by season: depending on your check-in dates, the applicable VRBO policy may be Relaxed, Moderate, Firm, Strict, or No refund, with No refund applying to dates not covered by a seasonal policy, including the high season. Under the contract, the owner will always refund you 100% if you cancel within 5 days of booking, and after this we will refund you as stated in the applicable VRBO seasonal policy and in addition for those dates that are subsequently rebooked by another guest.
