Cute condo alert!! If you are looking for a relaxing, lake getaway with a great view of the water, welcome to Happy Harbor Condo. It is located just off Highway 54 at Lake Road 54-56, also known as Nichols Road exit. We are minutes away from golf courses, Super Splash USA Water Park, hiking at Lake of the Ozarks State Park, and also miniature golf and go-cart tracks. We are located at the 21-mile marker of the Osage Channel.

The Space:
This charming rental is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to relax and unwind.
With 2 spacious bedrooms and a pull out couch, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to
6 guests.

We offer a top floor unit with no stairs. Walk straight across the walkway from the designated
parking space to a smaller condo complex in a quiet community. If relaxation is what you’re
looking for, enjoy a covered balcony overlooking the view of the main channel. There is also a
pool and tennis/basketball/pickleball court on the property. This fully loaded condo has all the amenities of
home: convection oven/range, microwave, coffee bar, dishwasher, a kitchen with all the
necessary utensils, cookware and serving pieces to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals. You
can also enjoy the view while you grill on the deck with the outdoor electric grill.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd
bedroom, and a pull-out couch in the living room. There are TVs in the master bedroom and the
living room. There is also a private washer/dryer in the condo for all your laundry needs. If you
have larger laundry needs, enjoy a dip in the pool while you use the two larger coin-op washers
and dryers available in the clubhouse.

Parking: 1 reserved spot with additional parking in guest zones across from reserved parking.

General: Free WiFi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and
linens, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and board, trash bags, and paper towels.

The complex offers free boat launching and trailer parking.

*Boat Slip 12x28 is $20 per day
*Jet ski slip is $10 per day
*Onsite boat launch available


The Condominium Complex has some rules:
*Guest Must Agree to and Sign Rental Agreement
*No Parties allowed on the property
*Minimum booking age, 25
*No smoking of any kind
*No pets
*No persons over the 6 occupancy max allowed on the property
*Outdoor cameras in the parking area and Ring Doorbell.
*Cancelations subject to 4% credit card fee

The property is located near lakefront restaurants, a spa, and boat rentals. Also, within a 5-minute radius, you have other local favorites, including the distillery, Redheads, High Tide, Performance Boat Center, Jeffrey's Prime Rib and Lobster, and Shorty Pants. Other great attractions nearby include Randy's Frozen Custard, The Escape Rooms, and the Trampoline Park.
