Omg it was so horrible. First they take a $100 deposit you dont get back...ever. There is no ice machines, no phones in the room, the showeres ate brown from use, stained sheets, outside doors that are not locked at dark and the hot tubs are worn from use. Worst hotel I've ever visited. Run.. dont walk.. run.

We waited forever for staff to check us in. The premises as a whole did not appear that it have been vacuumed at all. Shower and stool were dirty. It's been over a week and my security deposit has not been returned. Can't get ahold of the stuff to even begin asking questions about it. Highly do not recommend staying here. Very disappointed!

The room was not clean at all and felt very unhygienic. The overall cleanliness was disappointing. There were also no convenient power outlets near the bed to charge a phone, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the room did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness and basic amenities.

The bed was very comfortable. The rest of the room did not reach the same standard. The carpeting was damp throughout the room.Bathroom floor was dirty, and sticky cobwebs in the ceiling was supposed to be an accessible room. I did have rails in the bathroom, but it was a tub with a drop-down seat. Did not work for me. Also, fixtures were corroded and dirty. Several of the power receptacles did not work very disappointed.

The hotel was very ran down. The pool was not operational and had algae in it. The room had cockroaches and was filthy. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. I was so unhappy about my stay. I will never stay there again and will alert all my contacts to never ever ever stay there either.
