Vacation 2025

Some of our large family stayed here, close to the estates pool. Outside looked some dated but inside was very pretty. Deck needs some work and a few other issues need addressed but a good house to stay in. Thank you

Very good rental. Interior was clean and comfortable. Great view and the location close to the community pool was ideal. The deck needs staining and some exterior work is needed just outside the doors to the decks (i.e. wood rot). Just a suggestion, as it didn't affect the stay.

The inside was great but the outside needs some TLC!

We loved the house on the inside as it was well stocked and very clean! The outside is deteriorating a lot!! We didn’t even feel safe being on the back deck!

Perfect Getaway

A clean and spacious home. It was the perfect size for my family of 5 to spread out and also come together for meals and games. Roxxy was a gracious host and was very helpful with any questions or concerns.

Wonderful girls' trip

Had a group of 4 and loved the home. Everyone had plenty of space and said their beds were very comfortable. There was a well decorated living room with a large table to play games. It was a great house.

My trip

The floor was very dirty— after wearisome light gray socks when I took them off they were brown on the bottom. There were dead bugs in the lights and on the bathroom vanity and toilet. The pitcher on the fridge had several dead bugs in it. The deck had some boards replaced but still seeunsafe, we never used it. The sliding door in the downstairs bedroom would not close and lock making us all feel unsafe.the hot pads were disgusting with food on them. The barstool had dried up crusty food on them and there were rocks on the throw rug. This place was by no means of cleaned. You pay a lot of service/cleaning fees when you rent these places . I feel as tho I should get some type of a refund. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this is only the second bad review I have had to give.

2nd year in a row

We stayed at this same house last year and loved it. It’s the perfect amount of house for our five young kids. Only minor complaint is the bed in the bedroom to the right felt like it lost support in the middle. My wife and I were rolling into the middle of the mattress. It’s only one house away from the pool which has a fantastic view and large shallow area for kids to play.

Very Good Response from Owner

No tv service due to local outage, owner was gracious with a go out to dinner credit through PayPal, worked great. TV was working next evening. Two Items I offer to make this property even better: 1. The area rug in the main living area was new and had curled up edge that everyone kept tripping on. Perhaps double sided tap could keep this from happening. #2. the upstairs tub is very slippery, nearly fell a couple of times. Perhaps some bid of traction tape to help prevent the slipperiness?

Quiet & cozy

My staff and I were attending a conference at Margaritaville (Tan-tar-a) and found this property. We each had our own bed/bathroom and space to rewind and relax. Way better than a "hotel/motel" room. Well worth the price we paid. Will definitely remember for next time!

Family getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 4, plenty of room with a nice kitchen to cook meals. We especially loved the deck with a beautiful view of the water and sunsets. The location was great too; very near the community pool which was never crowded & a relaxing spot to lounge, and a very short drive to the Margaritaville amenities that we also enjoyed. We will definitely book & vacation here again!

This property is managed by Evolve. They jack up the price if you look at the property multiple times. This is a predatory practice and we will never again rent from Evolve. We need a property that was close to another one we rented for our large family gathering, so we were in a bind. The property itself was fine but totally OVER PRICED!

Beautiful Home with great views!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The community is gated and quiet. The house was very clean and well put together, but needs some maintenance on the deck. We were given the wrong code to the home and had troubles getting the owner on the phone. Eventually, I was able to text through the app and get the correct code. Don't bother to call. They didn't call back until the next day.
