The main upper level offers a huge living room with two queen sofa sleeper sectionals and flat screen TV with streaming capabilities, a large fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room adjoined by a deck with a gas grill, a spacious open-air lakefront deck, a lakeview king bedded primary suite with private bathroom and lakeview deck, the second bedroom with a queen bed and another bathroom. The lower level offers the 3rd bedroom which is also lakeview and appointed with 2 queen beds and an adjoining bathroom and private lakeview balcony. The 4th bedroom, “the Kids Zone”, offers 2 queen beds with a queen sofa sleeper, a huge flat screen TV also with streaming capabilities, and a private lakeview balcony. A spiral staircase takes you down to the lakeside martini deck which then leads to the private dock with a PWC port. The boat slip is occupied by the owner's boat, however, you may tie your boat up to the side of the dock. Located near the back of the cove, it's not a high traffic boating area.
