  • BLUE HERON ESCAPE: No steps a walk-in end unit located in prestigious Regatta Bay. Spacious 8 room, 3 bedroom have king size beds with a private room very comfortable queen sofa sleeper serves as a 4th bedroom or additional sitting area. Also twin memory foam fold up mattresses.. Sleeping accommodations for 10. Master suite offering a wall of windows with spectacular waterfront views, two vanities, separate shower, tub and large walk-in closet. The guest master ensuite is very spacious. All bedrooms have a TV, both master suites with TV, Netflix, Amazon and streaming apps provided in all 3 bedrooms and living room. Open concept living room, dinning and kitchen all with amazing lake views. Large utility room with washer/dryer. Two patio's a large screened in waterfront patio with outside dinning and a street side covered patio that accommodates grilling even in the rain. A fully equipped kitchen providing everything you need. Our property also is a 3 bath unit providing additional convenience.

    This is a No Smoking, No Pets unit.

    PWC slip available for additional charge.

    REGATTA BAY AMENITIES: Has a resort like feel with two pools, two tennis courts, pickleball courts, children play area, fishing/swimming dock, fire pit, picnic tables, clubhouse, beautifully landscaped, surrounded by trees and acres of green space with breathtaking views. Perfect for family vacation/couples

Great getaway in large condo, great location, walk in access from parking, easy access to pool, beautiful view of the lake, screened porch with dining table, well stocked kitchen (2 refrigerators!) John is great host, easy communication. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the pickle ball courts and pool as well as the close proximity of the condo. Condo was spacious - loved the king size beds in every room. Loved the screen in porch.

Wonderful condo for our multigenerational get away.

Very clean and roomy for 9 of us. Great waterfront location. Communication from/with the owner was flawless. VRBO emails were also timely and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous place, fun and relaxing time with family

We enjoyed some family time at this beautiful condo. The home is clean and comfortable, view is spectacular, and the location can't be beat. It's a blessing that John and Linda are willing to open their home for the enjoyment of others. Nice golf courses in the area too, which Dad, brother and husband thoroughly enjoyed.

Beautiful Lake View

This was the perfect stay for my family. This condo has a very easy entry with no steps, and is very clean and spacious. The large screened deck allows you to watch boats, water fowl, and lake activities without being bothered by bugs. The area was quiet and the condo was spotless and very well furnished. We will definitely rent again!

Great Location

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was great in the Four Seasons area! Both pools were about a 2 minute walk. They have a pavilion that overlooked the lake and we watched all the fireworks on it with my family and neighbors! The screened in patio overlooking the water was so fun. We took some pools down the the dock and fished. Caught 30 fish and made great memories with family and friends!

Spectacular all around!

This place is clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. They had the condo completely stocked with everything including two folding twin memory foam mattresses, many soft oversized blankets, batteries, scissors, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, beach towels, first aid kit, movies, books, laundry supplies, cooking tools, kids toys, and more! The screened in porch kept the bugs away. The coffee maker can a place for Kurdish cups or traditional ground coffee. There was an extra fridge too! Was a wonderful trip would highly recommend this place and the great complex it’s in.

Perfect for us!

My husband, myself, two grown daughters and their husbands and three grandchildren (22 mos, 4 years, and 9 years old) so 9 of us. The adult couples had their own bedrooms (kings) and bathrooms. The kids had a sleeping room with a pull out queen sofa. It really was very comfortable. Everyone really enjoyed the screened in porch. The kids could go in and out and play. The son -in-laws loved sitting out there and reading or watching all the boats and jet skis. The noise was minimal, the pools and fishing dock were great. We cooked a little and made it to Shorty Pants for dinner on the lake. My only minimal suggestion is the fridge was musty and needed a scrub and some baking soda. It was not dirty!

We have been having our family reunions here for many years as we have a family member who retired and has a condo here. The clubhouse and pool are perfect for our gathering of what was 54 people this year. We've stayed in multiple condos and this one ranks at the top. The master is extremely spacious with a large closet to keep extra stuff tucked away. It was great having three king size beds as our children are grown and married. This was our first trip with a grand baby and we were very happy to have the patio screened in. It made for a safer space for our 14 month old and we didn't have to worry about mosquitoes. The place was well stocked with essentials to make the stay comfortable and convenient. The extra refrigerator in the laundry room was useful. Check in was a breeze and everything was clean and in working order. Overall great stay! We will be back and choose this condo again.

This is the third summer our family (multi-generations) has stayed in this condo. It is always clean with a lovely view of the lake. We’ve never had any issues with the host or the property. Lake swimming dock and pools are always clean as well.

Great location and wonderful view of the lake. We were visiting family who lived on the lake so we did not use many of the amenities at the resort. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen worked very well for out group (3 couples). We noticed footstep noise from the units above in the early morning hours and in the evening. Not a big problem for all but part of having a unit in a multi-story complex.

Great stay

We had a total of 6 adults and 2 teens. The place was plenty of room for all of us for our 5 night stay and they everything you could need. We stay at Regatta Bay every year and are never disappointed. Its a great complex!
