This newly updated kitchen features an open concept design, granite countertops, all stainless-steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. There is also a dining table with seating for four and an unobstructed view of the Grand Glaize bridge.

Living Room

The living room features high ceilings, a sofa with a queen-sized bed, loveseat with a twin sized bed, side table, flat screen TV, an electric fireplace, a dry bar with a Keurig coffee maker, and access to the lake front balcony.

Master Suite

The Master features a King-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, closet and sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony.

Master Bath

The attached master bath features a single vanity sink and a shower tub/combo.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom two features a twin bed, a twin over full bunk bed, nightstand, closet, dresser, and a flat screen TV.

Bathroom 2

The second bath features a single vanity sink and a shower tub/combo.

Outside

Outside on the balcony there is a table with seating for four, a sunshade and open views of the lake and the Grand Glaize bridge. There is also a 10 x 30 boat slip available for rent!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
