You will be close so many things - centrally located in Osage Beach, minutes from Margaritaville, close to restaurants, shopping and bars!
You’ll have a private guest suite with a small balcony, kitchenette, bathroom, 50-inch TV, + 2 COMFORTABLE king-size beds.
We are close by if you need anything - but we won’t bother you at all! You may hear our dogs bark every once in a while.
**We are not owned by Margaritaville; their amenities are separate**
*1 car per unit! There is overflow parking at the pool.
*If you are uncomfortable with parallel parking, this may not work for you 🚗 we are close to the lake and parking is tight.
*YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WALK UP AND DOWN STAIRS

Lake getaway
Perfect spot to stay at the ozarks. Comfy beds, clean, spacious, quiet area. Osage beach has everything you need. Max 10-15 min drive anywhere. Margaritaville access. Host was great, would stay again for sure!

We had a great stay, great location and great communication. The other reviews are right on about the beds, the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful - watch out for correct entrance
Overall, we loved the location so close to the lake and was a great value. Google Maps may take you to a gated entrance which there is no code given for it. The Margaritaville is the entrance to take since there is no gate.

This was a great, clean, quaint little place that has a nice view of the lake. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient too. The owners communication was extremely helpful and timely. I highly recommend staying here.

Location was on the estates at Margaritaville. Parking is as described but it is quite a walk from the pool if you choose to park there. We didn't find the beds comfortable. Shuttle does not pick you up to take you to the main part of the resort.

I love how open this space is, there's a small kitchenette w/ mini fridge for storing leftovers/drinks. & the balcony was great. It has exactly what you need for a short stay and Abigail the host is very responsive. She even brought me a birthday cake which was so sweet! We were very comfortable.

Communication between the owner was great and accommodating. The property was overall nice, however, didn’t enjoy the fruit flies or whatever they were on the bathroom walls. The parking is as described. Very narrow and definitely have to park as close to the wall as possible.
