The staff was so nice! Room was big for what it costs and amenities are great! Would definitely recommend for a cheap, but great hotel to stay at. It’s also right next to station which is so convenient.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a wide and delicious breakfast/lunch buffet menu. Only 2-3 mins walk to the train station, and several convenient stores, restaurants, and shops nearby. Overall a great place!! Highly recommend.

The hotel was very close to the station, convenient stores, and dining options which was extremely nice. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were pleasant. By the elevator there's a shelf of free amenities that the guests can help themselves to at anytime. The quality of these products was good as well. The purpose for booking our room was simply for a place to sleep and come back to after exploring so for that purpose, it was great.

The good thing about this hotel is 1- price 2- train station right around the corner. Other than that, rooms are very outdated and you can clearly tell they have not renovated since opening. Staff is very nice and helpful. Our first room had a hole in the wall, we told staff and they changed our room. Second room had very dirty walls. Asked for a refund but received response after our second night, out of three night stay.

Really good sized rooms compared to others I have stayed in in Japan. Really clean and comfortable. Staff all lovely. Only negative thing I will comment on is the doors slam shut and with a lot of force. This is incredibly noisy. The hotel in general is so nice and quiet but the doors are ridiculously loud. If they had soft shutting it would be perfect. However the rest of the hotel was so good I’d definitely stay again.

I love it!!

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Especially the lady who greeted me every morning at the breakfast buffet. I wish I could pay her back for her kindness somehow. Beds are super comfortable too. Rooms are a bit snug but not too small. I do recommend opening the window if it gets a bit hot, as there's only a humidifier in the room. The bathroom is also a bit small, but it still has all the necessities.

Very close to the train station, only one stop away from Osaka station. It was nice to go back and sleep somewhere quiet away from the busy city. Room size was bigger than I thought it would be from the pictures. Very happy with my stay here!
