The lack of English speaking staff was a bit daunting. The facilities seemed quite dated and to be frank a bit creepy. The staff were nonetheless kind and helpful, and the room palatial !

This spa hotel was very different from western hotels. Our room was like an apartment with a huge outdoor space with an outdoor sauna, pool- onsen, shower, lounge area, and covered dining area. Inside there was another pool/tub - onsen, dining area, TV area, karaoke machine, and two large - queen beds. The staff spoke little English, but used a translation App to help us. Breakfast was very nice served in our room. There was also a massage chair!

The staff was kind enough to refer me to her English-speaking colleague. That reduced language barrier. The male staff was very swift in processing my check-in. He was also very detailed in relating to me the hotel's instruction (esp. not to open the door when the door bell rings - signalling my breakfast is here). The room was spotless, clean and very spacious with lot of amenities (a bit too overwhelming for a solo traveller). I enjoyed both my Japanese and Western breakfasts for the next 2 days. As the instructions for the main controller (AC and lights) were in Japanese, so i had a hard time adjusting them accordingly. Other than that, i had a marvellous 2 night stays at the hotel.

Great staff attendance and care. Take in consideration that is a bit over the hand to get to the city.. 2/4 min walk to buss station and than 7:8 to the train. Change a few times. Renting a car is good, however tolls are a pain in the ass. If u want to visit Nara, Kyoto, Kobe

Did not like the door lock system. The staff spoke no English. On the positive side - The breakfast was great and they served it to us @ 6:10AM, well before normal hours. And, it is only a 5 minute taxi ride to Itami Airport.

It’s a love hotel. It wasn’t stated so I didn’t know. Good to have it mentioned. Front desk was unmanned most of the time. Room wasn’t bright enough. And worse of all, I was initially given keys to an occupied room.

部屋が少し汚さを感じた。また、フリードリンクのコップも汚れがあった。全体を通して清掃・衛生面が気になった、また、昼食のフレンチトーストですが写真ではサラダが点いていましたが実際はついていなかった。ただ、カラオケやサウナがありいつもと違う雰囲気が楽しめたのは良かった。

土地勘がないので、よくわからないが、最寄り駅と空港の中間に立地してると思います。最寄り駅まで20分強あります。施設は年季は感じますが、設備もアメニティーも空気清浄機も配備は良いです。今回は利用しませんでしたが、チェックイン時に翌朝の朝食も申し込めます。
