I like the convenience and walkable distance between hotel and public transportation. However, the hotel may need to work on the details cleaning in room and have a look into the laundry room’s condition. Thank you.

This was my first time using this hotel chain, but it’s a clean hotel with a compact design that eliminates unnecessary features as much as possible.
The bath and toilet are combined.
The bathtub is small, so people with long legs probably won’t be able to stretch out fully.
It’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearby major station (based on how it felt).
There are supermarkets and convenience stores a short walk from the hotel.
Overall, I’m satisfied.

It was the dirtiest hotel that we’ve stayed at in Japan. When we first arrived at our room, we found: 1) pubic hair in the bathtub 2) hair in the floor drainage area 3) hair around the bidet 4) brown stain on the toilet seat that I had to use a paper towel to chip off 5) dust on the foot of bed, table and window (I’m allergic to dust) 6) empty bottle at the bottom of the bed We’ve stayed at many different 3 star hotels in Tokyo and Osaka during this trip. They all felt like 4 or 5 star hotels except for this one.

丁寧な接客に好感が持てました。朝ごはんがお弁当で、連泊だったんだけど２日とも同じお弁当だったのがちょっと寂しかったです。お値段はリーズナブルで良心的でした。立地が、女性の独り歩きは少しこわい場所だったなと思いました。

リブマックスということもあり、綺麗でしたが、ルームウェアがくさすぎました笑笑おへその匂いみたいな独特な臭さでした。おかげで裸で寝ました。それ以外は満足です！

価格の割に部屋の広さやベッドの大きさ（セミダブル）が思った以上でアメニティもシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープの他に髭剃り・歯ブラシまで揃っており思った以上に快適だった。窓がカーテンではなくてロールスクリーンなのが少し残念だった。
