Good room, but not as friendly staff and check out
The room is spacious with a good pricing, and 10 mins walking distance from Namba station, but the service is Very limited and the check in staff is really not as friendly. Last but not least, check in time is at 15:00 and check out time is 10:00.....really unfair for the guests

空中算大，三個行李箱一齊打開都冇問題!還有露台可以露台可以晒一下衣服!房内的櫃都有好大的空間可以放買回來的東西!缺點是垃圾不知怎處理，還有就是離車站有點遠!整體來說是滿意的!

這次是家族旅遊，所以訂了行政套房，有4張單人床及2張日式床墊，但日式床墊太簿不好睡，房間尚算乾淨！ 沒有提供房間打掃服務，毛巾要一換一，垃圾要自己倒，如民宿般！ 位置距離鐵路站有點遠，要行遠一點才有食肆！

地方距離鐵路站有點遠。但環境不錯，寧靜。而且附近有一條動漫街。因為連住幾日，但並沒有提供汁房服務，而且房間沒有垃圾桶，有點不方便。是一間民宿型的酒店。而且房內有微波爐，很方便，除了地方有點遠和沒有提供其他服務之外，是一間不錯的酒店。

如果行過難波車站同黑門市場 要10至15分鐘 住了6天都無人打掃過房間 酒店人員長期在辦公室房內 要搖鈴才找到她們 而且早上10點check out真的太早了 唯獨房間新新淨這點可取 下次不會再選這間酒店

In many ways, it shows the quality of a decent hotel, e.g. The bed is super comfortable, the shampoo and body wash are really good, the English level of their staff is even better than other hotels. The only shortcoming makes it shine less is the distance to the train. You have to walk for no less than 15 mins between two, which is quite exhausting after a long day outside.

這是一所小旅館位於住宅區中，從日本橋站走去要15分鐘，拖著行李有點吃力！旅館不是24 小時有接待員，上午九時至十一時而已。雙床房間面積可以平放打開兩個中型行李，浴室整潔。鄰近黑門市場，走路20分鐘到道頓崛，亦很近高達模型專門店和figure售賣街。沒有房燈制，需拔房卡才可關燈，冷氣運行的，這個安排可怪怪的！

地點尚算便利， 沒有附早餐就扣了點分，不過也明白是沒餐廳的緣故。 退房時間早上十時真是太早， 我們一共五間房，想說保留一間房間用來放十個人的行李箱到早上11時好讓大家有時間出去吃個早餐， 但這樣也說要加收房租就有點不近人情了。

Very bad experience
The housekeeping is bad, even didnt clear the hair in the tub. I ask them for the bed sheet for the tatami, they said no extra ( my room have 4 beds but can put 2 tatami, the kids want to try). The worst is I book 2 nights with slightly different room but I already ask them did I need to change room when I check in, and the second day before I go out. they said ok. then after I went out 1 hr later, they ask us to come back to change room, waiting out time, luckily we hadn't got on train but waste 30min to walk back n forth. And didnt have a sincere apology.
