No good at this Hotel

Une chambre immense à faible prix

Mes meilleures nuits au Japon. L'hôtel est certes un peu dur à trouver (Il faut sortir de la station NANBA par la galerie "Walk of nanba", sortie 5B et faire demi-tour) mais la chambre vaut le coup. La chambre est immense et permet un séjour agréable. La salle de bain est très grande et pour la première fois, il y avait des sels de bains pour profiter d'un bain détente. Le personnel parle peu anglais, mais en tâtonnant un peu on réussit à se comprendre. Le petit déjeuner à la japonaise est monté dans la chambre.

エレベーターさえ新しくなれば、更に快適です。

ビジネスプランで３度目の利用になります。立地的にはラブホ街のど真ん中になりますので、人によっては抵抗感があるかも…。ただ室内はビジネスホテルよりだいぶ広いので、快適です。（特に風呂が広いのが有難い）欠点はエレベーターの遅さ。他の階でボタンが押されると（使用中）となり利用できるまでに非常にに時間がかかります。従業員の方も使うらしく、１階でエレベーターが降りてくるまで５分近く待たされました。その間に他の客たちと鉢合わせになり、多少気まずい感じでした（笑）

매우 만족했습니다.

러브호텔이란 편견이 무색할만큼 매우 만족했습니다. 방 크기, 샤워, 월풀욕조, 어메니티 등 모두 만족 ^^ 일본인 주인분도 매우 친절했고 난카이난바역과 도톤보리 같은 주요 지역과의 접근성도 매우 훌륭했고 가격도 다른 호텔에 비해서는 상대적으로 저렴했습니다. 저는 추천합니다.

ラブホだから、当然ラブホ街にある

ビジホと違いバス・トイレは別だし広いので、条件はいいと思われる。連泊時に不安だった、荷物も部屋に置いていけたのも◎

朝食付きって・・・

所謂ラブホテルを通常よりむちゃくちゃ高く貸しているだけです。予約して行くとパネルの宿泊料金よりはるかに高額にとられます。予約なしの客には対面ではなく自動精算機を使用するのに予約をすると身分証明書のコピーを求められます。特筆すべきは朝食のお粗末さです。刑務所の食事かと思いました（刑務所の食事は想像ですが）。スーパーホテルのような無料提供の食事が高価な食事に思えました。いずれにしてもこのホテルは二度と利用することはありません。

Major disappointment!

As a last minute stop to Osaka this was the only hotel available within walking distance to what we wanted to see. We knew what an "adult hotel / love hotel" was so no issues there, plus there were other tourists just using it as a normal hotel. The cost was quite inflated though for the luxury of having a reservation for a room usual booked for walk-in "short stays". Firstly, there was a used tissue sitting on the couch when we entered... gross. Light fixtures were loose in the ceiling, and the wood in the bathroom was rotting. There were also stains on the carpet and the bed base. Having used an adult hotel in Tokyo in previous days which was immaculate, it was extremely disappointing this hotel was so bad.

すべてにおいて僕にとっては最悪でした。経営者の対応が特に気に入らなかったです。対応する気がないように感じました。個人的な意見ですが、お勧めいたしません。

totally disappointed! Bad

First, the location was a little bit hard to find out as it was in narrow lane. And we encountered an incident while checking in. This was my first time to visit Japan and we had no idea at all that the booking fee of the hotel Jay was counted based on the number of people! ! Even though it was the double-bed room (supposed for 2 people)!!! And the receptionist was Japanese, although she tried hard to explain the booking fee was just for 1 people only, we totally cannot understand how this would came! The only solution she offered was asking us to pay the DOUBLE fee which we cannot accept as this was totally out of our expectation! We tried to contact Expedia later by voice roaming to seek whether there was another solution to settle the problem. However, we didn't think the customer services from Expedia had helped us to negotiate with the hotel at all! They just called back the hotel for just a few minutes and the outcomes was just asking us to pay the DOUBLE fee again! What a worse idea! Even cancelling for part of the booking fee was not executed!@@ We were totally disappointed for the bad service from Expdiea since we called them for almost one hour! by voice roaming! No solution! Money wasting! also, the un-modifiable standpoint of the receptionist made me feel bad. We spent over 1 hour and tried to seek the better way to settle the problem but nothing changed. All is Double fee.....this trip was totally destoried........

駅近

地下鉄なんば駅や、南海なんば駅から近いです。窓が無いですが、部屋も広いし、バスルームも広いですので、自分はあんまり圧迫感は感じませんでした。ただ、アダルトオンリーなだけあって、一言で言うとラブホテルです。女性は入り辛いかもしれません。

어덜트 전용 숙소~^^;;

숙소 규모가 생각보다 작았으며, 숙소 환기창이 유리가 아니어 우풍이 심하며, 숙소 바로 뒷편으로 고속도로가 있어 소음에 민감한 사람들은 잠을 이루기가 힘들것 같네요 ㅎㅎ 그 외 청결도나 전철역과의 거리 등은 만족스러운 편이었습니다 ^^;;

難波駅から近いホテル

難波駅の出口を出たら徒歩で２分ぐらいでした。道頓堀まで徒歩圏内でした。１００ｍ以内にファミリーマートがあり、飲食店も近くにたくさんあります。ファッションホテルをビジネスで利用する形ですね。1人だとさびしいですが、部屋は広いし、アメニティーもそろっています。空港に行くには、ＪＲなんば駅内の２Ｆからリムジンバスが1050円で関空まで４８分で行けます。

駅チカで便利

ライブ遠征のため、1人で宿泊させて頂きました。駅に近く、シャンプー等も何種類かあり、自分の好きな物を貸し出して貰える所が良かったです。朝食は軽めですが、私にはちょうど良かったです。味噌汁、美味しかったなぁ。またライブで心斎橋の方へ行く時は利用させて頂きたいと思います。

도심에서 가깝고 시설이 준수함

러브호텔이므로 가족 및 대단위 숙박에는 적합치 않다. 아침식사가 제공되나 수준은 기대이하. 이불의 청결도는 보통수준이다. 다만 부대시설이 수준급으로 갖추어져 있고 종업원들이 매우 친절하다. 커플에게 추천.
