The hotel was great for the price. The common areas were clean and the area was close to Tsutenkaku tower and strip mall attractions.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
The hotel itself is nice and the staff are friendly, but my stay was ruined by inconsiderate guests who ignore quiet hours. The shared bathroom smells of urine and is poorly maintained, and the elevator reeks of cigarette smoke.
Never tried a hotel room so small, but didn't mind it too much. Convenience is huge here between all the places for arms, snacks, and meals. It was overall a good, new experience for me!
It’s super convenient! Seconds away from the train or subway stations. I get to do my laundry and have my own little space. There’s a lounge/ dining area that I can get tea or water, heat up my food or toast my bread. Three washing machines and three dryers. It’s also very clean before other people get to the bathrooms, toilets and powder room.
The hotel is clean the staff is nice and overall it was a great stay. The area around it leaves a bit to be desired, as it’s not clean. However it’s close to restaurants and shopping areas so there’s plenty to do. Plus there’s a JR station right by it, so there’s easy travel to anywhere you need to go. I would definitely stay here again.
A hotel i've stayed at many times. Good value, decent sized room. Sometimes noisy guests but they provide earplugs.
Free drinks and shaved ice in the lobby, and the area around it is a bit rowdy but lots to see and do, right next to the Tennoji zoo and Tsutenkaku tower, also right near a very convenient train station and subway station!
If you don't mind the area(it's safe, but quite a bit of homeless people) it's a great place to stay!
had to change booking in the middle because i was traveling with kids, and the front desk was very very helpful and cooperative, and they quickly notified such change to Expedia. imagine if it's those "ISO-9000" places, they can easily say things like "sorry, your time window for this and that has been closed". will book this place gain when i do SOLO travel to Osaka next time!
Very convenient area, and great value for price compared to some of the other hotels in thr area. Free coffee, green tea, and barley tea. Even has a hot plate on every floor if you want to cook.
Excellent location, very good amenities & staffs. Absolutely loved the heater that kept us warm during the winter nights. It’s a tight space for 3 of us but that’s what you get for the price. The walls are paper thin so you have to be quiet at night. There’s only 1 lift and 1 shower (located on the first floor).
Terrible hotel. Already in the elevator there was a thich smell of tobacco and in the hallway and the so-called "hotel room" it was impossible to breathe. When I woke up my eyes and throat were totally dry and I ended up checking out after only 1 night and find another place to stay.
I spent the next couple of days trying to get rid of the smell that was in all of my clothes, my jacket, my backpack - everywhere.
Over all very good.
The place is clean & nice.
Super convenient area, near to Shin-Imamiya station that direct connect to many places like Kansai Airport and Nara, and many 24hours store and a big 24hours Don Quijote mall.
Only something not so good is that only a few staff with good English communication.
Some can understand simple English, but some don't understand even simple enquiries.
Having some difficulties on one early morning when try to check my extended nights bookings.
Evening staffs were good in English.
