The staff here are extremely helpful and the location is amazing, lots of local shops, close to transport-and only 4 stops to Dontonbori.

駅からのアクセスはよく、コンビニ等も近くにあります。 ですがスタッフの対応（そもそもいない）が悪く、連絡先に電話しても繋がらないという始末 スタッフを置かないのであれば連絡はスムーズに繋がるようにしてください。

治安は良かったし、地下鉄も少し歩けば御堂筋線があるのでとても便利でした。 部屋は狭かったけど、寝るだけだったので 気にならなかった。

清潔だけど残念

割と新しくて綺麗 アメニティコーナーにタオルがあるのは良い ロビートイレの案内表示があるのにロビーに見当たらない。 使い捨てスリッパはペタンコで何度履いても甲を覆う部分が膨らまずスムーズに履けない タオルは薄い 枕は1つ　薄め ベッドマットレスには薄い布1枚ひいた上にシーツかけてあるだけなので、スプリングが肌で感じられる状態で寝にくかった 2人1泊3万超えのレベルでナイトウェアがないのはビックリした

もう利用しないかな

チェックイン時間になっても部屋の清掃がされていないし、ドライヤーは壊れていて使えないし、部屋の床に小さなゴミも多かった。ドライヤーの件で電話をしても電話に出なかった

すべて無人、ホテルにスタッフはいません。

ホテルスタッフには一切会いません、すべて無人で完結します。それがイイと感じるかイヤと感じるか… 手続きはすべてオンライン、事前チェックインでは日本人でも「身分証明書」を撮影アップロードしなくてはならず無茶苦茶手間でした。 が、これをホテルに着いてからやると想像したら…事前チェックインは必須です。 そのように苦労して事前チェックインするとしばらくして「部屋番号」と「パスワード(4桁の数字)」を記したメールが届きます。この部屋番号と4桁の数字で、キーボックスを開け、部屋の鍵を取り出して使います。 チェックアウトは、部屋の鍵を返却ポストに戻すだけです。 部屋は綺麗、清掃が行き届いていました。大きな道路に面しているので騒音を心配しましたが、ほとんど聞こえずまったく問題ありませんでした。 自販機が屋外に2台あるだけです。ロビーに電子レンジはあるので、部屋の電気ポットとで、コンビニ飯でもいいかも… なお、「周辺飲食店・コンビニマップ」はないので、自分で探さなくてはなりません。 最後に とにかくスタッフと連絡取りたくても取れない。電話しても留守電。何回かかけてセンターに通じましたが、日本語ネイティブではない方だったので苦労しました。 サービスは“無い”(ゼロ)と考えていた方がいいです。自分でなんでもできる人じゃないと無理なんじゃ無いかな？

金額を考えると十分な施設。ただし、部屋はせまく、ほぼ寝るだけ、って感じ。アメニティは基本的なものは用意されているが、部屋着は用意されていないので、必要な人は、Ｔシャツやスエットなど寝る時の服は必要。それと、シャワーの水温が上がるのに時間がかかる。チェックイン時にきちんと説明はあるが、３〜５分くらい出しっぱなしにしておいて、ようやく温水が出るような感じ。後、簡易的な宿泊施設なので、フロントに人は常時在中はしていないです。

パジャマは持っていったほうがいいです。浴衣やガウン等はありません。私が泊まった部屋は夜中に降った雨の音がうるさいしベッドが壁に当たる音も気になりました。チェックインの際の対応は良かったです。
