タクシーの運転手さんが『あの辺には宿泊施設が無い』と言っていましたので貴重な場所だと思います。 後、5000円以内で泊まれて駅もほど近い良い立地と思います。

和室に３人で泊まりました。駐車場が１泊700円で予約でき、日が当たらない場所だったので車内が暑くならず助かりました。部屋はもちろん、共同のトイレ・洗面所・シャワーとも清潔で、共同シャワーにはボディソープ・リンスインシャンプーのほか、個室ごとにエアコンがあり、快適でした。廊下や隣の部屋の音はよく聞こえてしまい、特に引き戸を閉める音がかなり響いてしまいます。部屋に小さな冷蔵庫があると良かったです。

お店と、道を聞いたらプリントアウトしてくれて、丁寧に説明してもらえました。ホテルは良かったですが、合宿の大学生と、線路が近くてうるさかったですが。眠れないかと心配してましたが、疲れてたので、ぐっすり眠れました。

Great place to stay! Unbelievable bargain!

I am currently staying here with my son, my wife is staying a couple miles away with her mom. We’ve been here for about a week, with one week left. This place is no frills, but a safe, clean place to stay. For the price, it is unbeatable and definitely 5 star deal. Staff is terrific. On our arrival, didn’t have internet (rookie mistake), and one of the staff members walked to the nearby station to meet us. Room has no furniture or towels. You share a shower room, restrooms, kitchen, etc. All other guests have been friendly and keep to themselves. Traditional Japanese bedding is provided for each person. (To my knowledge, no western style beds). Stores, restaurants, pachinko, cheap bike rentals are within easy walking distance. Rooms are quiet, clean, and private. We will definitely stay here again and would definitely recommended this hotel.

市街地では価格ちょっと高めかな？

GW直前に素泊まりの宿泊施設検索で宿泊しました。 アパート？マンションを改修した様で、外部塗装、内装も含めて綺麗になっていました。 ただ前日宿泊した同等の別地区より５割増し位の価格でした。素泊まり（部屋は寝るだけテレビ無し）市街地でこの価格はちょっと高いと個人的には感じました。 部屋扉は吊り上げの引き扉に代わっていましたが、扉下側に明らかにクリアランスがありや雑音が漏れ（入ってきて）少し残念な感じでした。 （施設全体が綺麗に改修されていたのですが、雑音が室内に漏れ入ってくる事が） まぁ外人も多く、日本人の神経質さは通用しないのも現実ですが。。

저렴한 가격, 청결함, 직원 매우 친절하지만 난바나 오사카역에서 살짝 들어가야하는 거리적단

저렴하고 청결함 게스트하우스긴 하지만 각방 독실로 이용가능. 샤워시설 만족 1층에 공용욕실, 2층에 남녀 이용가능한 공용욕실 있음 외부에서 식사를 사와서 먹을수 있는 주방도 있음 단 모든것에 만족하였으나 주요 관광지 및 오사카 역에서 떨어져있는 거리적인 단점 오사카 역에서 한큐선으로 타야됨 (가미신조 역) 그리고 주변에 JR선이나 전차선들이 가까이 있어서 살짝?;시끄러움 하지만 동네 자체는 조용한편이고 5분거리 가미신조역 앞에는 나름 가볍게 먹을곳이 꽤 있음.

經濟實惠

環境安靜，地點位在新幹線下，所以會有一點小聲音，洗衣服免費不過烘衣需要走到24小時自助洗衣的地方，會有點不方便且路上燈光不多，一個人晚上走在路上確實會感到害怕，但可以以便宜價格入住一間房間很經濟實惠喔！

Le séjour a été très agréable. L'accueil chaleureux et d'une très bonne aide. Le logement et les parties communes sont confortables et propres. C'est situé assez près du transport et il y a tout ce qu'il faut à côté. C'est la banlieue, mais tout y est et les habitants sont très accueillants. Par contre, le bruit du train passant régulièrement peut déranger.
