At first, the reason why I'd choose Sarasa hotel not because the new opening but also it provides a handy phone. It's a convenient tool. However, I found the hotel no longer provide it and only broadcast on its Japanese website.
I also sent the email to report this problem. But I didn't get any reply.
Secondly, I was lived here for 10 days. But no one clean my recycle items although I write [please help to clean] in English and Japanese.
At final, I had no choice but put my recycle at the outside door.

I forgot my backpack at the lobby, the stuff right away ran to my room and sent it to me. Thanks a lot again!
