At first, the reason why I'd choose Sarasa hotel not because the new opening but also it provides a handy phone. It's a convenient tool. However, I found the hotel no longer provide it and only broadcast on its Japanese website. I also sent the email to report this problem. But I didn't get any reply. Secondly, I was lived here for 10 days. But no one clean my recycle items although I write [please help to clean] in English and Japanese. At final, I had no choice but put my recycle at the outside door. in another hand, the staffs at the front desk are very kind and sweet, I forgot my backpack at the lobby, the stuff right away ran to my room and sent it to me. Thanks a lot again!

空間大、乾淨舒適!
附近不是特別熱鬧，所以很安靜，很適合來過幾次大阪的人居住。 這次是兩個人住三人房空間非常大；浴室、廁所分離非常讚，提早半年訂價格非常划算! 從關西空港搭Haruka到新大阪站，托大行李走路不用十分鐘(從中央口出來搭手扶梯，不要走車站裡面) 所以 相當適合接下來要去京都的人~離地鐵站也很近，附近有三家便利商店，還有Aeon超市。

距離車站容易找，但需要走一段路，狂購物李箱爆超重之下拖到JR站確實頭痛，但如果是下午5點後機可以10點check out 時join 2500日元行李送到機場服務，清潔房間不太高要求是合格，但連續住幾天有點不環保，牙膏牙刷每日都會換，不換的話牙膏是不夠用

離車站很近，不論要往機場或是京都都很方便，不過要花點時間熟悉車站附近要怎麼走。飯店提供出外用的手機，如果需要緊急連絡很方便。房間內的插座非常多，不用怕找不到插座可用。中文使用者使用google map找飯店時，建議使用英文搜尋[sarasahotel shin-osaka]以免找不到飯店。飯店沒提供礦泉水，建議可在附近超商先買好。飯店內早餐非常豐盛。
