Perfect for vacationers and shopaholics who wanted to be in close proximity to the shopping strips of Osaka. Surrounded by variety of quality restaurants. And just a few meters away from train station.

The air conditioner did not work. It was SO HOT during our stay that we dreaded being in the room. We would not stay here again. The room was clean. The location was great. The lack of air conditioning in the middle of July just ruined the entire stay.

We had 4 people in our party. We got two connecting rooms which was very nice. Two bathrooms and a “common” area of the kitchen for the two rooms. Washer and dryer was downstairs which was a nice touch but a bit finicky to use. Luggage lockers was awesome for us! Had access to the luggage lockers and 1st floor after we checked out. Only drawback was how small the bathroom was. Toilet seat was very small and shower area.

An amazing common lobby to be shared with other guests - sofas, table, chairs, laundry, lockers, vending machine, rooftop patio. No elevators - carried all our luggage up to 5th floor (too). No staff - phone available to call someone who was helpful with check-in. Private room felt small without much of any sitting area and tight bathroom. However, we were a family of 4 and given a unit that looked like could’ve split into 2 units of 3, so we had a lot of sleeping space and 2 bathrooms. It was clean but still felt a little dingy in our rooms. I liked that the floors were laminate and not carpet.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Although we had a small kitchenette and there was a common kitchen both are so poorly equipped that the most you can do is reheat something.

Located at a fairly convenient location. However, the space was quite cramped. There's no table or anything like that, so if you do anything it'll have to be off of your bed. This is especially true if you don't have the entire unit to yourself, as you'll need to share the small kitchenette.

Less than 7 minute walk to 2 different train stations. Several grocery stores around. Check in process very simple and convenient. You can store your bags if you arrive early, as there is no early check in.

This location is absolutely stellar. Very close to fabulous markets and easy access to multiple stations. Although the property offers basic amenities and the rooms were a bit small, we had everything we needed - including a free washing machine with dryer (expect the clothes to be slightly damp when finished as this is typical in Japan). There is a community room with microwave, vending machine, large table and chairs if you need a larger space than your room may offer. But rooms had a kitchenette with sink, microwave and small fridge as well as some utensils. All of these ammenitities came in very handy during our stay.

- With everything self-serve, I was worry about needing support in case things went wrong, but they were pretty on point with instructions for checking in and email communication. I didn't encounter any issues. - The location is fairly convenient. It's quiet most of the time, but can hear the street and the drunks every so often early in the morning. - No room cleaning during our stay. But they provide denough towels for everybody so we can wash them ourselves daily. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no heat, and could feel a bit chill at night. - There are 2 washing machines (free of charge) in the common dining area for all the guests. Washing takes 40 mins and drying takes 100 mins. The machines are busy at night. The guests have to manage their time to make sure they can wash their towels and laundries. it was nice to be able to do laundries while traveling. - The common area also offer self-serve luggage lockers. - All the beds come with a charging station. They also provided extension cables and extra charging cable. - Areas for improvement: - Add more washing machines or get commercial grade washing machines so that laundry can be done quicker. Taking 2 hrs to do laundry is too long. The current machines are also that very big. - There was not enough space around the bathroom sink. Could add more shelving and hooks for extra space. It was a value, comfortable stay overall. I would go back again.
