Was handy for stations, we were out most of time so didn’t spend must time in the room, only downside was you could hear the traffic from outside but didn’t spoil our stay, rooms were spacious and clean, bathrooms a bit on the small side but did the job

Very convenient location with bus and train stops. Also within 1h from major tourist stops like Dotonbori and Namba. Bathroom is a bit small (especially for tall people) but very clean and well stocked. Living space is spacious enough. Only 1 instance of a dirty towel. Cleanliness, convenience and enough speaking staff are all positives. No laundry facilities though.

Really love it. It was clean, air conditioning worked perfectly. I had a room for one personne and the size was just right. However, I’m a small person. I would say my father couldn’t fit in the bathroom. The hotel was really near a good shopping alley to. Like a 10 min walk.

Solo traveler. Room and hotel was clean, a working air conditioner , wifi was fast, vending machine in lobby and a filtered water dispenser with hot and cold water options they also have a microwave. The staff was very helpful and polite. Everyone speaks English so communication was a breeze. The location was in walking distance to the Shinsaibashi shopping area also about 2 minutes away from the Matsuyamachi station. There's also 2 Laundromats close by and a great small cafe sandwich shop in front of the hotel up the road. I had a comfortable stay here I recommend staying at this hotel!

It was nice to have a person to check in. Rooms were great, clean and quiet. My only complaint was in check out and not having a person staffing the lobby desk. We could not check out, the tablet said we did not exist and no one there to help. Also due to trains (were shut down) we were late to check in- arrived just before 10. If we were any later the dealer closed at 10pm and no one would have been there. I tried to phone ahead but could not get through with numbers I had.

Everything was great. It was a nice clean comfortable place to be for two nights while we ran around Osaka. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and just as we would have hoped

It was a wonderfully big room however it stains on carpet and couch. Also the shower curtain had mold on it. Beds were really comfortable so overall it was ok for a short stay.

My travel purpose was swimming in indoor pool in Osaka. That's whay I truely love this hotel's location. It takes just about 6 minute by walking to the local swimming pool. Even the bathroom is not that big enough for big guys, I really enjoyed this hotel.
