「料金の安さから期待していなかったですが、思ってた以上に清潔でちゃんとしていました。髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたので掃除機（施設に置いてある）だけかけました。なかなか施設管理の方と連絡が取れずチェックイン前に荷物を置きたくても返事が返ってこず置くことはできませんでした。 必要と感じたものは 洗剤、スリッパ（トイレ用）、お風呂の椅子、キッチンペーパーくらいであとはとても充実していました。 駅から徒歩5分かからないのですごく便利で周りには飲食店もたくさんあり、うちは酔っ払いの声などは全然気になりませんでした。洗濯機もきれいで次亜塩素酸の消毒を持っていきましたがそのまま使えそうなくらい綺麗でした。 駐車場は狭いたので大型車は止められず近くのコインパーキングにとめました。 全体を通してまた次も同じところで良いかなというくらい良かったです。」

「Staying at this house was amazing. The opportunity to live a real Japanese experience and learn a few new things at the same time. The house is very well equipped and was spacious for my family to stay in. The location was also very convenient regarding shops, restaurants and trains to access Kyoto and Osaka city. 」

「The space is fine for folks mostly exploring the city and needing a place to sleep. It is not a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori, more like 15. The bedrooms are on the third floor, bathrooms on second and first so getting around is somewhat inconvenient. This is especially true as Japanese stairs seem to be much steeper and shallower than in the West, made middle-of-the-night bathroom runs a harrowing adventure. The space also smelled odd, almost like a previous tenant smoked there and they tried to...

「Plenty of shops nearby. Very simple check in, and plenty of room. Very good overall.」

「Not close to much - walking distance to train. 7 eleven nearby. Advertised as 3 b/r, but 3rd b/r was the loft outside b/r 2, so not exactly a bedroom S such. No lift. Stairs way too steep if you are elderly or find it hard to walk up many stairs - or if you are slightly larger than normal. Ok place to stay, but each side is workshops that run into the evening and are noisy - I don’t think I’d stay there again - too far from city centre.」

「今回宿泊で楽しみにしてた6階のお風呂とサウナを利用しました サウナは問題なく利用できました。 しかしながら浴槽内のお水は排水できたのですが浴槽外の床にお水を流したところ排水口に大量の毛髪が詰まっていて全くできず浴室内の床にどんどん水が溜まり大変な思いをしながらバルコニーの水掻きを使って何とか排水しました 排水溝を調べてみると、これまで長い期間掃除がなされていないようでした。 詰まっていた毛髪やゴミを何とかある程度除去したので何とかなりましたが1日の最後が最悪な思い出となりました。 もう二度と利用しませんし評価は最低とさせていただきます」

「昨年宿泊して、良かったので、今年も宿泊しました。今年は、食パンのサービスがあり、とてもおいしくいただきました。 コーヒーを買って飲もうとしたら、湯呑みしかなかったので、マグカップがあったらよかったなと思いました。 あべのハルカスも近く、通天閣も近く、買い物しやすいです。駐車場がないので、何回も出入りする度にお金がかかるので、なんとかならないかなと思います。」
