“Wonderful safe secure and convenient to everything! We will be back”

“Sherri was excellent. Great communication and accessible. Quiet neighborhood.”

“The place looks just like the pictures, good places to eat nearby, had no safety issues or concerns. Place was clean, bath towels, coffee and cream was provided. The host was easy to talk to and responded within a reasonable time. I would stay here again.”

“Only issue we had was traffic noise very early, worse during weekdays”

“The house was very clean and modern. Although, they did not provide some of the basics that we usually find in a vrbo. No shampoo, body wash or soap and no extra towels. There is a washer and dryer, but no laundry soap is provided. If you don’t have a car, walking to stores is a challenge due to location. Ride shares did not have trouble finding the Vrbo. Host was quick to respond to messages.”

“Very cute place! ”

“The place was clean and close to campus, which is what we were looking for. A 10 minute walk to the stadium was perfect for us when you get tired at the tailgate parties to rest up. Nicholson Lane is fairly noisy so make sure you have some earplugs for evening. The hosts were amazing and communicated with us every step of the way. As a runner, the levee and campus were perfect for 3-5 mile jaunts. We also went to New Orleans for the day followed by an airboat ride in the swamps. Well worth……

“This was such a cute and uniqe property. The neighborhood is so friendly- particularly the nice gentlemen who gently asked if I was staying at the rental property and then kindly directed me to the parking- as I was parked on his drive. ! Embarassing. Yes. But oh so gracious! Tip: Look out for the small driveway to the right of the door entrance. I wish we had more time to enjoy the area but we had to get on the road. Have already told a few people about the property. Thank you!”

“Great place”

“Loved this space, cool Louisiana vibe; and the rooms were beautiful. Will be returning in August!”
