“The house is wonderful. The kitchen and living room occupy much of the main floor, and both are airy, spacious and bright. The main floor bedroom is smaller than the upstairs bedrooms but clean and comfortable. The main floor bathroom is clean and functional. The upstairs bedrooms are large, well appointed and clean, and the upstairs bath large and inviting. The table on the main floor has a few very small nicks, but otherwise, all furnishings are in very good shape. Both decks are inviting and……

“The owner is super friendly and very prompt in responding. The home is beautiful, cozy and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was AC in both bedrooms. The grounds are well manicured and peaceful. Off street parking and a nice little coffee bar. Highly recommend and we would definitely love to come back! Very convenient to downtown as well.”

“This stay was super convenient for a recent concert we went to. The house it’s self and setting are a bit unconventional but don’t let that deter you. It’s clean and friendly and the system of in and out is very organized. Home owner and son are very accommodating and patient with our energetic children. They even provide a nice little breakfast of fruit, cinnamon rolls and great coffee to send you on your way. I will definitely stay here again when in need of staying near Sommerset or even……

“We have stayed at vacation rentals for 20 years. This one tops the list. Very spacious, brightly decorated, lots of bright windows, four bedrooms, three baths, most every utensil we needed. And the gymnasium was a huge hit. The in-home theater requires a computer, and we didn’t bring one, so we spent our evenings out by the campfire, making s’mores. Then we came in and played games at the big table. We took the pontoon on the St. Croix River at the local marina. Ate in Hudson four times……

“For four adults and two toddlers, it was the perfect home away from home. We had everything we needed and more! The fishing was amazing! Nice to have the kiddie pool to keep the kiddos occupied. Nice to have a television in all the bedrooms. We’ve already booked for next year!”
