Very convenient location. Spotlessly clean and well designed. With all the items we need. Beds were really comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. Very good little gym for a workout, Also a pleasant garden. Having stayed it hotels before with keyless access, we had some concerns about this but it could not have been easier to use and access the property and room. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The check in process was basically a fight. We were out in the street trying to get the access code for more than 1/2 an hour. Finally another guest let us in. The hotel tech guy would not give us the code. Unbelievably bad experience after a 20 hour journey. We asked repeatedly before leyhome and during the flight for the code. They confirmed we had paid but would not give us the code. The guest that let us in had the same experience! Terrible hotel !

The digital key acquisition procedure was inconsistent with posted information leading to me having to call Expedia to try to resolve it. Other than that it is an excellent property.

As a self-checkin property with no staff in attendance, arrival is somewhat dependent on having a working phone. Like many people, I travel with an international data eSim which cannot receive voice or SMS messages. The advance checkin process also requires a good, stable connection. All this is less than ideal. Note that arrival at the property normally seems to require a phone call to get the door opened. (Complete instructions are posed in Norwegian, so there may have been other options which I missed.) I was saved by the chance exit of other guests, allowing me to slip in "under the radar". Otherwise, I would have had to reqactivate my home voice Sim and pay the fee for a day's international service. If I had been aware of all these details, I would never have booked this hotel. The property itself is a charming old building with modern, comfortable amenities, though the (single) elevator did not inspire great confidence. The "kitchen" is fairly well equipped, with the notable exception of NO MICROWAVE,

I did not receive any email or sms for check in. I had to call but since I was travelling from another country it cost me a lot! the hotel was clean and good but check in and check out was really stresfull!! I would not prefer again, I think they must improve their check in process.

Very modern with individual door codes for each guest. Very close to Aker Brygge, which is a great place to eat out and soak up the atmosphere. Close to the centre with transport links, but walkable too. Great place to stay
