Excellent stay

An excellent choice for our trip to Oslo, brilliant value, clean rooms and I found that having no reception desk was useful for being out late in the city. Enjoyed the extras such as coffee machine, snacks and water provided. Would absolutely stay again if/when we find ourselves back in Oslo. Thank you :)

Sept stay

Central location with walking distance to shops and restaurants and the harbour. Easily accessible using the codes provided. Safe, comfortable and clean accommodation with great facilities available liking washing machines, gym and sauna. The hotplate/stove wasn’t working when we arrived but after calling to report it, they came and fixed it the next afternoon. Would highly recommend booking here

Great location.

Visited Oslo for the Bislett games and hotel filip was approx a 25 min walk from stadium, it was also 10 mins walk from nationaltheatret station. Location is very safe, good sound proofing and easy to access as info was provided in a timely matter and all in all I would return. I would maybe suggest a corner shelf in bathroom as it was hard to balance basic toiletries on the sink and there was no other space.

Very good spot

Even if I struggled a little bit with the entrance access code, but it is my fault, I didn't really pay attention at the emails received in advance explaining the unique codes to get in. So after this 10 minutes confusion I got into my room. Great size and comfortable room with modern equipment. Super calm night although located next to the road. Very good location near most pleasant area of the city and near the fast train to/from the airport. A really good hotel, with no staff, but very clean & calm.

App for entry difficult to use - me and several people stuck outside while I was there. Roof windows in my room had no blinds Sun set 22:43, sun rise 03:54 and it never actually got dark. Very poor sleep until I bought an eye mask. No restaurant of any kind.

The hotel is well located in an upscale neighborhood close to Ayer Brygge. We reserved a room with 2 beds and there was no mention in the description that one of the beds was a chair sofa bed that needed to be converted by the guests. There was a strange odor when you turned on the sink faucet, the TV had no signal, and there was a loud creaking noise from a gate outside. Otherwise, the Filip self-service hotel is renovated, tastefully decorated, and comfortable.
