Gabelshus Clarion - superb.
Superb hotel. We stayed in the original building which had period features, but had evidence of modernisation (eg usb charging sockets). It’s a way out of the city centre, but is a very short walk from the nearest tram stop, so getting around was easy. The staff were well informed and offered plenty of tips and advice. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was well stocked. The light evening meal offered more choice than expected and was more than enough to keep us going. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fint och trevligt
Rent och fräscht. Kändes nyrenoverat. Hade bokat parkering och fick plats under tak och med låst bom för att komma in på parkeringen. Laddare till elbil. Väldigt trevlig personal. En av kvällarna fanns det inget vegetariskt protein på buffén och vi frågade om vår som kunde få något vegetariskt eller om det fanns någon fisk kvar från kvällen innan. Servitrisen kollade med kocken och återkom med två panerade fiskfiléer som de hade ordnat - mycket uppskattat. Fanns också mycket annat på buffén (potatis, ris, kycklingklubbor, pastasallad, soppa, bröd och olika sallader) så mätt hade han definitivt kunnat bli även utan köttet. Bra alternativ med buffén efter lång dag på stan. Även mycket trevlig personal vid frukosten, mycket att välja på och fräscht. Hade ett familjerum med en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa och bäddsoffor är ju aldrig speciellt bekväma men den här var ändå helt okej. Skulle definitivt bo här igen.

Koselig hotell, stille og rolig. Deilig og variert frokost, god kveldsmat. Bodde på dobbeltrom deluxe med gode senger. Litt kaldt på rommet. Hadde forhåndsbestilt parkering, som var veldig behagelig, men det var helt forferdelig trangt!

Jeg fikk rom med teppe, som jeg synes er uhygienisk. Badet var veldig lite og det var ikke safe eller smart TV. Strømmen var borte den ene kvelden og brannalarmen gikk midt på natten. Nattevakten satt og hørte på et eller annet utenlandsk program (Tyrkisk) på ganske høyt nivå. Ellers var det god mat og det er en hyggelig atmosfære.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen!! Vom Bahnhof aus erreicht man das Hotel fußläufig in ca 35 Minuten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Bad ist sehr, sehr klein, aber hat gereicht für die paar Tage des Aufenthaltes. Zudem ist alles vorhanden: Seife, Bodylotion, Shampoo, Spülung und Duschgel. Die Betten waren super und bequem. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und auch für Vegetarier alles da, zudem gibt es auch laktose- und glutenfreie Sachen. Um 15 Uhr gibt es immer eine kleine Süßigkeit/Kuchen. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser kann man den ganzen Tag erhalten. Das kleine Buffet am Abend ist auch empfehlenswert. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Fußläufig erreicht man Aker Brygge in 15 Minuten, den Frognerpark ebenso und zum Schloß sind es ungefähr 20 Minuten.
