Great Location

Great location, on main walking street, easy excess to tram system. A little hard to find, you need to walk into any alcove and the signage is hard to see, but once you find it nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great restaurant across the way Cafe Cathedral.

The best value in an expensive city! Location great. Quiet during the night. Staff great. Room was a bit on the compact side Bed had a busted spring Washbasin couldn’t retain water. Affordable city stay

We stayed for one night in a standard room which was small but comfortable. Breakfast was very busy due to the large number of business guests staying, but breakfast was otherwise fine. Great central location with easy check in/check out. Only downside was the luggage room was away from the reception desk and felt slightly insecure to leave bags in (although we had no trouble in the end).

Very nice hotel, it’s in a great location. There is free late checkout on Sundays till 6pm which is amazing. Make sure to let staff know when checking in so they can apply it to your room card. Close to main train stations and other transport links. On the shopping street and easy to get to other attractions as well by walk. Breakfast buffet was very good, limited veg options but still very delicious. Hotel was great and staff were friendly.

Excellent location. The hotel has easy access to shopping, dining and tourist attractions. I liked the vibe when you checked in.. The receptionist welcomed us nicely and kind..such a sweet lady.. The free dining offered is superb.. All the staff are helpful except for one evening receptionist who I think needs to improve her customer service attitude.. Shout out to Lena and Andra in the reception, Marichu and Maria in the dining and Yahu housekeeping. They did a very good job to keep the guests comfortable and had wonderful stay..Very well recommended hotel to stay..

Conveniently located, close to the cental station and easy walking distance to all Oslo city centre attractions. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and fine for what we needed. Downside of central location was noise and music from nearby bars until late at night on weekends, and because the rooms don't have air conditioning you'll need to have the windows open, meaning you can't shut out the noise

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Stayed three different days during our trip. Mostly for familiarity and ideal location. Only issue was last day. Signs everywhere say check out is at noon. However, at 11, your key card is turned off. Almost lost our stuff! Also, one of the staff walked in on us changing to “change a battery” and did not want to leave even though we said she could not come in. Made for a very awkward moment.
