「Wonderful hotel in a central location. Modern and spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and excellent, friendly service. The included breakfast buffet is amazing and has an expansive selection. 」

「Service is superb, and room is clean. Gym is well functional. Breakfast is like a fest. Hotel is located in City center, closed to shopping district. and metro/bus station are few steps away. Responds are efficient with maintenance team, and housekeeping when I called. Only two parts won't get a 10 out of 10 points from my opinion: Lobby Bar: service 8/10, cocktails 6/10 Palmen restaurant: service 7/10, meals 5/10 」

「Vond og dårlig hodepute, litt klønete bad - (vann utover hele badegulvet ved dusjing). Ellers nydelig mat, super beliggenhet og trivelig betjening. 」

「有廚房和廚具，而且隔壁就有超市，方便自己料理。衛浴設備妥善度沒很理想。房門不容易自動關上，不小心會沒關好就走人。廚房垃圾不會每天有人進來清理，對連續住宿的客人不太方便。」

「I booked 5 rooms for my family and friends, 2 rooms locate at old building and have no AC. There's always only 1 staff working in reception and tried to satisfied everyone's needs, everyone has to learn how to be a patient customer no matter you want to check-in, get some information, ask for help or even complain, you need to wait at least 10 minutes in summer high season.」

「可惜房間內沒有煮水壺，需要熱水時還去樓下BAR幫忙裝!早餐非常豐盛，種類繁多，也都很美味!值得試試看的早餐!!」

「Har vært her flere ganger fmr i forbindelse med samling av radioamatører. Bra og rimelig hotell. Lit sparsom middagsmeny men ok. Brs frokost med det jeg liker og forventer. Veldig stille om kvelden og natten.」
