We didn’t get to stay because due to an emergency we asked to move the reservation by one night. Not even a weekend night. They refused to help even though I offered to pay any fees associated. I understand it’s non refundable but I asked for a simple change.

25.7 celcius degrees in my room for solid 3 days although effort to change. Lost power in the room (totally dark) 2 times and had to call reception to fix. 1 of 2 elevators only working for all 3 days. Not the standard expected.
